I had a wonderful dining experience at ITC Kohinoor. The food was excellent, the ambience was warm and inviting, and the service was truly outstanding.
A special appreciation to Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Rohit, who were exceptional at their job. They were professional, attentive, courteous, and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Their dedication and hospitality made our visit even more memorable.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and highly recommend ITC Kohinoor. Staff members like Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Rohit are a great asset to the hotel—they truly deserve recognition and a raise for their outstanding service.

I had a great experience at ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad. The hotel is modern, elegant and very well maintained.

The check-in process was slightly delayed because only two counters were operational. Although a red-carpet counter was designated for Gold and Platinum members, it was serving all guests, so there was no priority recognition for Gold members. This is one area where the hotel could improve.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional Hyderabadi High Tea—it was beautifully presented and truly enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated that breakfast at Golconda Pavilion was ready by 6:30 a.m., which was extremely convenient for early-morning travellers.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, and I would be happy to return.

Excellent modern hotel with fantastic service, excellent restaurants, good location, and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning -- critical in an Indian summer! -- was wonderful, although the main lobby was occasionally a little warmer than I might have liked. The staff is top-notch and is strongly service-oriented. My meals at Peshawri and Yi Jing were outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. I just finished my second stay in this hotel. I’ve stayed in this hotel for a total ofabout 12 days now. They’re very few Properties. I’ve been to around the world that have better service in this hotel. Although the restaurants are . The location is great. Rooms are great. The spa is great. The chocolate shop is great, but the staff is just amazing. I just couldn’t enough good things about the hospitality of the staff here. I think each and every one of them. The only problem is they spoil itfor every other hotel I stay in.🤷‍♂️😂. It’s not the fanciest most modern hotel but it’s an excellent condition. It’s beautiful and everything about it Strikes above grade.

Excellent stay and great reception by the staff especially Diya the guest receiving staff at ITC KOHENUR and she made our room decorated excellently and arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary and it was very memorable and great effort from her and would recommend definitely next time who ever visit.

We absolutely loved the hotel's ambience, cleanliness, room quality, and exceptional service. I felt it was worth every penny I spent staying here. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The room amenities were excellent, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and their car service was extremely convenient. The location was also perfect, with everything close by.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. I have stayed in many high-end five-star hotels across different parts of the world, including India, but this was my first experience with an ITC hotel, and I was completely blown away. The level of hospitality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely like to explore more ITC properties across India on my next visit. Highly recommended.
