Warm Hospitality and Thoughtful Service
Pros:

Another lovely experience at ITC Kohenur with warm hospitality and memorable celebrations. A special thanks to Mr. Chetan for thoughtfully taking care of our reservation, celebratory cake, and coffee customization requests while ensuring every little detail was looked after. At Golconda Pavilion, Mr. Rohit was extremely hospitable and made the redemption of our ITC Culinaire vouchers and gift cards completely smooth. A heartfelt thanks as well to our server Devika, who took great care of all our breads, drinks, low-sugar milkshakes, and coffee requests with a warm smile throughout. The attentiveness and hospitality from the entire team made the experience truly comfortable, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Comfortable Stay and Memorable Celebrations
Pros:

I stayed with family at ITC Kohenur and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Spacious rooms and comfortable with amenities helped us to relax throughout our stay. We had a smooth check-in process and would like to compliment the front desk staff Mr. Akash and Ms. Sudarshana for the courtesy. We had celebrations at Yi Jing, throughout the lunch hour every staff member was incredibly polite, humble and courteous. A big thank you to Mr. Chetan, Mr. Dev, Mr. Dheeraj, Mr. Deep, Ms. Priyanka for giving us an amazing time and making our celebrations special. Even the buffet breakfast service was good. Mr. Shaik gave us impeccable service and we had a comfortable dining time. Over all a beautiful stay with truly warm hospitality from all, I look forward to visit again.

It is an exellent place to stay.Hotel atmosphere is exellent,staff is cordial,very respectfull with the guest.special Mention of Ms kajol she is been very kind to Arrange Mineral water for us as exception.
Young man Yash has promptly arranged iron connection plug .
Our overall stay for 2 nights ar the property was quite peacefull,enjoyable,and with lot of good memories.

1)please arrange iron connecting plug in proper place in rooms as they are not user freindly
2) unpleasant incidenses at breakfast area During Rush hours can be avoided by meticulously arrangement of staff x supervisors cordination..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Kohenur for six nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
A special mention to Riya at the reception, who truly made my stay memorable. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive throughout, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. Her courteous nature and professionalism really stood out.
The culinary experience at the hotel was equally impressive. Dining at Golconda Pavilion, Peshawri, and Dum Pukht Begum’s was a delight. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was consistently outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying.
Overall, my stay at ITC Kohenur exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad and look forward to returning again soon.

Great stay marred by poor sound insulation
Pros:

Staff courtesy and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Cleanliness. Breakfast buffet spread.

Cons:

The sound insulation on the balcony door of the one bedroom suite on the 36th floor totally spoiled the experience of an otherwise excellent stay. The noise of the traffic, even people screaming could be heard inside like it was happening right outside the door. Particularly annoying was the sound of the bikes racing on the street between 2AM and 4AM. I could not get one wink of sleep. Hope they resolve this by upgrading the sound insulation considering how expensive the tariff on this suite is.
