It is an exellent place to stay.Hotel atmosphere is exellent,staff is cordial,very respectfull with the guest.special Mention of Ms kajol she is been very kind to Arrange Mineral water for us as exception.

Our overall stay for 2 nights ar the property was quite peacefull,enjoyable,and with lot of good memories.

2) unpleasant incidenses at breakfast area During Rush hours can be avoided by meticulously arrangement of staff x supervisors cordination..
So guests at breakfast area will be more comfortable.
Everything was good
Food serving for dinner buffet at golconda restaurant was very late... which was unexpected when everything else was going fine.
Yash Chawak was extremely helpful & ensured that our stay was super comfortable

The sound insulation on the balcony door of the one bedroom suite on the 36th floor totally spoiled the experience of an otherwise excellent stay. The noise of the traffic, even people screaming could be heard inside like it was happening right outside the door. Particularly annoying was the sound of the bikes racing on the street between 2AM and 4AM. I could not get one wink of sleep. Hope they resolve this by upgrading the sound insulation considering how expensive the tariff on this suite is.

We chose ITC Kohenur to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. Riya from the team was outstanding—always attentive and proactive. She arranged a beautiful surprise in our lake-view room with cake and fresh fruits, plus complimentary lounge access and breakfast to make the stay truly special. The service, views, and attention to detail made it unforgettable. Highly recommend for milestone occasions!
buffet was almost empty at the coffee shop and after repeated requests we were served food. paneer color and texture were good but not fit to eat. its not value for money , we were disappointed with the food and pathetic service.

It was a fantastic stay I enjoyed it a lot their restraint is having the best food overall memorial experience.
The food was scrumptious. We really enjoyed the service, the servers were really friendly. Especially, Mallavika, Thank you so much for your immaculate service and friendly attitude.
Adarsh at reception helped in express checkin as well as kind enough to give a complementary upgrade and had arranged the room in no time. Kajol at reception waited patiently while I had some last minute meeting came up at checkout time. And lastly, Duty Manager Risabh has so generously allowed and extra hour beyond checkout time so that I can arrange my stuff smoothly. Thank you team at Kohenur.
I liked the room and the balcony view. I loved the hospitality. Ria was assigned as my stay manager and she made sure my stay was very comfortable.
I think the room doors and fixtures need to be checked because some cupboards were struck.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad, and it has easily been one of our best hotel experiences so far. The overall vibe of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable getaway. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy bed, a separate sitting area, and a large washroom featuring a bathtub along with a walk-in closet — truly luxurious in every sense.
The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of delicious options. We also tried in-room dining, and the food was equally delightful. Overall, everything from comfort to hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay in Hyderabad!
Really nice hotel and an excellent experience from Check in to Check out. The Rooms are large and it feels high quality throughout.
The Breakfast área and options are a great way to start the day and i really enjoyed the gym / garden áreas too.
It also has the Business Park next door which made the trip easy.
