ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

I stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. I just finished my second stay in this hotel. I’ve stayed in this hotel for a total ofabout 12 days now. They’re very few Properties. I’ve been to around the world that have better service in this hotel. Although the restaurants are . The location is great. Rooms are great. The spa is great. The chocolate shop is great, but the staff is just amazing. I just couldn’t enough good things about the hospitality of the staff here. I think each and every one of them. The only problem is they spoil itfor every other hotel I stay in.🤷‍♂️😂. It’s not the fanciest most modern hotel but it’s an excellent condition. It’s beautiful and everything about it Strikes above grade.

Excellent stay and great reception by the staff especially Diya the guest receiving staff at ITC KOHENUR and she made our room decorated excellently and arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary and it was very memorable and great effort from her and would recommend definitely next time who ever visit.

We absolutely loved the hotel's ambience, cleanliness, room quality, and exceptional service. I felt it was worth every penny I spent staying here. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The room amenities were excellent, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and their car service was extremely convenient. The location was also perfect, with everything close by.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. I have stayed in many high-end five-star hotels across different parts of the world, including India, but this was my first experience with an ITC hotel, and I was completely blown away. The level of hospitality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely like to explore more ITC properties across India on my next visit. Highly recommended.

My stay at ITC Kohenur was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were great, and most of the staff in the restaurants, gym, and spa were warm and helpful. A special mention to the breakfast team at Golconda Pavilion, who went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and make dining a special experience. Unfortunately, the Upper Crest Lounge was a disappointment. Bintee and Suman were often missing, or when they were at the lounge, they appeared distracted or uninterested, and their cold, unwelcoming demeanor made the exclusive lounge access feel less meaningful. Requests for food or drink options were usually met with a blunt "no," with little effort to help or suggest alternatives. The service felt inexperienced and fell short of the hospitality one would expect from a premium lounge.

ITC Kohenur is an Amazing property in the IT hub of Cyberabad. The Hotel is Majestic with World class Ambiance n Dining experience. There are Best shopping places nearby including In orbit Mall n IKEA.

Another lovely experience at ITC Kohenur with warm hospitality and memorable celebrations. A special thanks to Mr. Chetan for thoughtfully taking care of our reservation, celebratory cake, and coffee customization requests while ensuring every little detail was looked after. At Golconda Pavilion, Mr. Rohit was extremely hospitable and made the redemption of our ITC Culinaire vouchers and gift cards completely smooth. A heartfelt thanks as well to our server Devika, who took great care of all our breads, drinks, low-sugar milkshakes, and coffee requests with a warm smile throughout. The attentiveness and hospitality from the entire team made the experience truly comfortable, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
