קיבלנו מצעים מלוכלכים מאוד, עם כתמים ושיערות של אורחים קודמים. ממש מגעיל
כשהתקשרנו לצוות, הוא הנחה אותנו לקחת מצעים מהארון שירות, ותוך כדי שאני לוקח הוא צועק עליי בטלפון בלי בושה שאני ״מבלגן״ לו את הארון.

Pros:

The location, and the good staff communication before arrival and while we were there, and their immediate attention to a negative situation.

Cons:

The first room allocated to us. It was not acceptable for variius reasons. We arrived late pm so no one available to assist. However, next morning after we advised reception of the issues, we were immediately moved to an amazing new room for our second night. Thank you.

Die Lage war soweit gut.

Der Service war in Ordnung, der Empfang freundlich, auf meine Bitte wurde ein Wasserkocher ausgetauscht und mir im Flur ein Schrank mit Warmwasserbereiter und Pappbechern gezeigt.
Aber es ist zu empfehlen , einiges zu verbessern !
Ansonsten gefiel uns die Lage direkt im Stadtteil und den guten Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, nur 10 min zur Tram Haltestelle zu Fuß.

Cons:

Die Suite hat uns enttäuscht.
Wir haben sie extra gebucht um ein Treffen mit CEO und Projektleiter zu ermöglichen.
Die Küche entspricht nicht den Angaben auf den Fotos.
Es war nicht sauber , gab kein richtiges Geschirr, Geschirrhandtuch, spülmittel und Bürste, nur alte verschmutzte lieblos hinein geworfene Pappteller und Plastikbesteck, der Wasserkocher komplett verkalkt, auf meine Bitte wurde er ausgetauscht.
Der Kühlschrank war sehr klein und schmutzig.

Das ist ein No Go für eine Suite ! Und für ein wichtiges Treffen, zu dritt.
Zwar gab es das Sofa, aber kein Tischchen dazu oder einen weiteren Stuhl.
Insgesamt alles vernachlässigt und nicht gut gereinigt.

Das Bett war in Ordnung und soweit bequem.

Im Treppenhaus lagen Matrazen und Müll.
Nun ja JLM halt.

Wir können beim nächsten Treffen so eine Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen, die nicht den Bewertungen entspricht, Fotos irritieren da nur.
Wir müssen es zukünftig persönlich überprüfen.
Die Bewertungen entsprechen nicht der Realität, leider !
