i book with Expedia online only to be told they do NOT book online via EXPEDIA AND I HAD TO PAY CASH TO THE FRONT DEST EVEN THE MANAGER A LADY ALSO TOLD ME THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CLIENT FROM EXPEDIA AND THEY DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST . I WAS SCARED ON HEARINF THIS AFTER THAT MY TAXI CAB MAN LOAN ME 20,000 NARIA LOCAL CURRENCY TO PAY

WHICH HE RETURN NEXT DAY TO COLLECT IS MONEY BACK HE LOAN ME. IT WAS REALLY HELL FOR ME AND MY FAMILY

ALSO WHEN YOU ORDER ANY MEAL .FOOD OR DRINK FROM YOUR ROOM THE KITCHEN STAFF THE BAR STAFF THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE THE PRICE OF ANYTHING YOU ORDER FROM THE MENU . THEIR REASON WAS THAT IS OLD MENU
I ASK IF IS OLD MENU WHY DON'T YOU CHANGE IT HAVE THE NEW BOOK MENU ON EACH HOTEL ROOM SO WE CAN ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT WE PAYING FOR
ONLY FOR MY CAB/TAXI MAN AND ME GOING OUT THE NEXT MORNING SEE MOST OF THE BAR AND KITCHEN STAFF HAVING PIECE OF PAPER INFORMATION CONCLUDING THEIR SALES FOR THE PREVIOUS NIGHT OR DAY . IT A BIG SCAM THERE I OWE AND RUN HOTEL BUT THIS WAS WAY WAY TOO MUCH FOR ME .. I HAVE BEEN THERE LAST YEAR 2019 SEEM COOL BUT THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE SEEN OVER 10YR NOW .
