Only one card key to the room and there are 3 of us. Requested twice and the answer is no. Hotel policy.

English is a challenge when it comes to communication. I asked for a floor towel, and they delivered a toothbrush.

The floor towel is so wet but the housekeeper didn't change it. Merely rolled up as if it is a new piece

The best
Pros:

Location was great for us as it was near the hotel and it was in front of the beach, I would recommend not booking a beach view as it could get loud at night if you were assign a low floor hotel room, spa was amazing and the pool was cold and relaxing in the morning, I would come back if I’m in da Nang next time.
