Binh Duong Resident Hotel

Best budget friendly hotel I have found in Danang. Bed was extra firm, though it was fine for me. There is a 24hr mini mart right next door.

Very large rooms. Good elevator. Amenities were fine. Price exceptional!

街の中心部とは少し離れていますが、目の前にヒルトンホテルや図書館があるくらいですので良い立地だと思います。川に出るのは図書館を抜けられます。スタッフも親切な対応でした。

단체로 8개 객실을 이용했습니다.
직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 100점짜리입니다.
방하나가 마음에 안든다니까 무료로 업그레이드까지 해주었어요^^
저녁이면 1분거리에 있는 강옆에서 산책도 가능하구요,
한시장은 걸어서 10분정도라 멀지도 않고 공항에서 택시로 10만동(5천원)거리.
가격이 싸서 그저 그런 호텔이라 생각했는데 완전히 빗나간 예상!! 가격대비 가성비가 너무 좋은곳입니다.
아침식사도 조리사가 연신 부족함 없는지 첵크해가면서 새음식을 내오고...
저는 시기를 잘 맞춰 갔는지 소음도 없더라구요...
굳이 단점을 따지자면 수영장이 없는거... 그정도입니다.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. However the bed was like sleeping on a block of concrete. Breakfast is not suited for Europeans, and there was no toast. Not far to walk to the city Center.

다낭 자주 가는데 항상 이용합니다. 가격저렴. 발코니때문에 묵습니다. 주변시설 다소시끄럽고 방음 전혀 안됩니다. 개미도 있고요.. 감안하고 항상 묵어요.. 조식은 괜찮습니다..

I was a little disappointed by the way I saw the accommodation which was very different from the picture, and was not very clean.
Every time I open the curtain and close it, there's a polle.
It's all covered with white dust, so I was wondering if I was cleaning it properly.
I will not visit you next time.

We booked this hotel based on good reviews on hotels.com and we were very suprised after seeing room. AC unit was almost black with dust and mould so we didnt switch it on. Room was very noisy as windows were on busy street. Bathroom also wasnt clean enough. It would pretty decent hotel as rooms are spacious etc if only kept clean

가격에 비하면 정말 괜찮았고,
화장실은 조금 아쉽습니다, 변기물도 잘 안내려가서 뚜껑연채로 내렸네요
다낭 시내하고는 도보 5-10분안팍이라 나쁘지않았음
가격대비 무난함

위치는 한시장에서 10분정도이고 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 자전거 대여나 우산등등 기타 서비스가 제공되지 않는점은 참고하셔야 할 거 같습니다. 조식도 단일메뉴선택이기에 참고하셔야 되구요

We stayed at Binh Duong for two weeks. I wished there was a mirror at the make up table other than the only mirror inside the bathroom. It was a little inconvenience having to go inside the bathroom every time I needed to use the mirror. No outlets in the bathroom so I had to straighten my hair without a mirror at the make up table. Staffs were friendly and nice. I used their Nest Beauty Spa waxing service during my stay there. It was very affordable and convenience. Overall, we enjoyed our room and enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Breakfast serves delicious local food that is prepared on the spot. Got free upgrade to family room during our stay.

저렴한 숙박 가격에 조식 2인까지 포함되어 있어서 잘 이용했습니다.
한시장 및 시내까지 걸어서 10분정도 거리여서 위치도 좋았구요. 바로 근처에 먹을 거리가 없는 건 조금..ㅠㅠ..
객실은 처음에 들어갔을때는 좀 노후 되어있다고 생각했는데 4박하는 동안 익숙해져서 나중에는 괜찮더라구요,
객실 정비도 깨끗하고 빨리 해주고, 직원 분들이 다 친절했습니다.
조식은 정해진 메뉴 중에 매일 선택해야하는 거구요, 에어컨도 시원한 편이였습니다.
테라스 있는 객실 선택해서 답답하진 않았습니다.
친구랑 가기엔 저렴하고 괜찮았지만, 연인이랑 가기에는 글쎄..? 하는 생각이 듭니다ㅎ
