Pros:

Уединенное расположение, в целом город напомнил деревню) Тихо, спокойно. Недалеко есть пару кафешек в которых можно поужинать и магазины, как простые местные так и мигрос, в котором можно купить пицу и вам её приготовят, это как вариант если захотите сэкономить на обеде или просто проголодались) Хороший номер, приветливый и персонал. В первый же день сказали обращаться по любым вопросам. В последствии так и сделали, просили утюг, обратились с проблемой с дверью, которую решили в тот же день и заказали трансфер.

Cons:

Единственный минус это завтраки, а вернее отсутствие чего-нибудь мясного на завтрак, Колбаски или сосиски были бы к месту, а так единственный источник белка на завтраке это вареные яйца) Если приезжать на длительный срок это может немного надоесть.

We loved that it was family-run and people were so accommodating!

Sehr gastfreundliches Ehepaar welches das Hotel führt, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes 3 Sterne Frühstück, Nur 150m vom Strand entfernt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Nice for the vibes and position but hotel per se not worth the money.
Pros:

Nice location and grandma house vibes

Cons:

The facilities were falling apart, shower broken, toilet paper holder always falling, door of the bathroom didn’t close, random electric wires hanging out in the open. The property looked like it was all falling apart.

Lovely place
Pros:

Hotel owners made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs, breakfast was nice. The beach is very close, so are shops and restaurants. Plus there is a private parking. We had great time at this place.

Cons:

The facilities are a little worn down, but it gives the place it's own charm.

Отличный номер, доброжелательный персонал!
Pros:

Сначала мы были шокированы видом ресепшен. Но потом, когда прошли в номер, осознали, что все нормально- номер небольшой, но чистый, аккуратный, все есть. Есть также небольшой балкон, где можно сушить купальники и полотенца. Когда будете заселяться, пусть вас не пугает ресепшен, все отлично

Единственное, если б номере был бы чайник, было бы лучше. А в целом все супер

Worth the money, clean and cozy.
Pros:

Cozy hotel ,family run , the owners and staff very friendly and welcoming. The location is great as it is only a few steps away from the beach with a strip of restaurants. Breakfast is very convenient. The parking is bonus. Definitely recommend .

Просторный номер, просторный душ, все работало, удобная кровать, французский балкон.
Pros:

Завтрак отличный. Пляж Чалыш замечательный, в двух минутах ходьбы от отеля. Мелкая галька, вода чистая, в конце июня уже комфортная, теплая. Заход в море достаточно резкий, сразу можно плыть. Гостеприимные хозяева отеля. Рядом с отелем остановка маршруток в/из Фетхие. По вечерам любовались шикарными закатами. Прекрасная прогулочная набережная с ресторанами и кафе.

Cons:

Понравилось всё. Место куда хочется вернуться.
