The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:

-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

A wonderful hotel in Da Nang
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel! The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional and the breakfast and afternoon tea were great. There was a wonderful and delicious choice of food and drinks, beautifully presented. We also ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was great and reasonably priced.
We were worried about the construction nearby but we were staying on the 19th floor and didn’t hear a thing. Would definitely recommend!

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, geräumiges Hotelzimmer mit Badewanne, In-Room-Dining Service, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Meer fast vor dem Hotel. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

2 Tage wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl der "Make my room"-Button an war. Wir an diesen Tagen nur circa 6 Stunden ausserhalb des Hotelzimmers und man hätte es melden können. Wir hatten dafür ein kleines Entschuldigungs-Präsent erhalten. Zudem war, wegen der vielen Leute und Kinder, der Frühstücksraum eher laut.

Fantastic hotel for beach lovers ..right across the road
Pros:

It is a great hotel..staff are very helpful. I accidentally booked a year out...the only room left available was a two-bedroom apartment..for one person over indulgence, but unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to take it. It was a great room ...far more costly than the room I had booked a year out...my fault and no fault from the hotel. The apartment was so comfortable ..bed was beautiful. So for two nights, I felt super special in my large apartment by myself. The beach across the road looked so clean and inviting, but unfortunately, no time to enjoy.

Cons:

I should have stayed longer..did not really have a great deal of time to look around the area.

Inizio nel dire che dovevamo stare quattro notti abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno: questo fa molto comprendere quanto questo hotel ci sia piaciuto.
Posizione meravigliosa fronte mare e vicino a mille bar e ristoranti. Colazione ricca e meravigliosa al terzo piano fronte mare. Staff eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto: reception, concierge, ristorante e pulizia. Il ragazzo con cui abbiamo fatto il check in veramente simpatico (purtroppo non ricordo il nome).
Piscina e personale della piscina estremamente gentile. Ho amato le mie lunghe nuotate all'alba.
Camera al 9° piano stupenda. Anche se ci sono palazzi in costruzione nei dintorni non abbiamo sentito nulla.
Parcheggio per lo scooter nel garage gratuito e sempre controllato.
Responsabile e staff del ristorante sempre gentile e disponibile sotto ogni aspetto.
Veramente eccezionale. Lo ricorderò per sempre 🫶🏻

An amazing short stay
Pros:

Although the hotel is a 4* , it fully deserves a 5*. Staff are amazing, very polite and caring, rooms are pristine clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast. All you need for a truly relaxing stay.

the stairs are mainly used by staff so we couldn’t quickly use the stairs to walk down to breakfast but had to wait for the lifts, however all 4 lifts were always working

Pros:

The Staff are so good and they ensure that your expectations are reached. I'll stayed here 4 times in the past and will be back. Special mention to Binh and Adam at the skybar and pool. Also Alina and Sebeo at reception.

Cons:

Not the hotel fault but Team building exercises on the beach by numerous groups were noisy but only on a few days and never at night.
