The pick-up times are at 9:00, 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30,
The drop-off times are at 8:30, 10:00, 13:00, and 15:00.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:
-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.
Please review your reservation and ensure that you have provided the accurate number and ages of children. If you have not provided this information during the reservation process, kindly note that there will be a children surcharge at the hotel, which you will need to pay upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. It was centrally located, clean and clean. The staff were amazing too. There is a construction in progress next to our hotel and typically the construction will end at some time in the evening but on our first night, they went on 24/7. Said activities was beyond their control but our complaints were taken very seriously, management acted very promptly by taking it up with the construction mgmt team and moving us to a different room. Problem solved. Great communication and hospitality throughout, can’t fault anything at all. Awesome team!

Great location, so convenient— cross the street to the beach, lots of restaurants close by, a quick ride to town and easy access to the rest of the sites.
There were building constructions right beside the hotel but they did give us meal and drink vouchers for the inconvenience
We have stayed here before and loved it so much we just had to stay again. The breakfasts are superb and the restaurant meals are excellent options if you want to just stay in for dinner. The staff are so friendly. The pool area is lovely with an excellent view. It’s in an excellent location being just across the road from the beach.

Everything was great, from the welcoming staff on reception, to the large restaurant with plenty of food options, the room was nice and well appointed and the rooftop pool and bar area great. Location also great right across the road from the beach.
