The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:

-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

Pros:

Good location and very comfortable room. Staff attentive and very helpful. Beds very comfortable and breakfast was delicious as was afternoon tea.

For me it wasn’t worse the money.
Too crowded, the hotel wasn’t very clean (the room was clean), small pool, did not like the breakfast.
For the money we paid I would stay far from the beach and get a better place. The beach was bad too haha

The room is very clean and comfortable. The restroom and shower area are clean. It smells great. They are attentive in cleaning. The food and drinks during breakfast and afternoon tea are great - there are various types of food from different countries.. I hope someday they will also have food from other countries as well like the philippines, and other western/asian countries. They provided a lot of different type of toiletries without you needing to ask. The staff are very nice and courteous. We didn't have any problem during our stay. Their lobby is great as well for they have plenty of chairs and sofa you can stay on while you are waiting. The hotel is also very convenient. The beach is walking distance. convenience stores, atm, and souvenir shops are nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe. Starbucks ( our fave coffe shop) is also nearby. If we would go back here in Da Nang someday, we will definetely pick Haian Hotel as a place to stay in again for the next visit.

Cons:

There are plenty of constructions ongoing nearby during our stay but the hotel provided earplugs and gift vouchers for drinks as a way to make our stay comfortable amidst the noise. So far, the noise is torelable and they didn't go all day long. It was not much of a bother.
