The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:

-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

Very nice friend vacation
Pros:

The concierge was great! You could use whatsapp to talk with them and get answers Lindsey was great. The hotel was clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious. My friend and I were very happy with our stay. The rooftop pool was beautiful.

Cons:

This is out of their control but the construction goes on for 24 hrs. I didn't realize when they told us that it even continues at night. They supply ear plugs but I actually didn't need it. The only complaint my friend has was the gym didn't seem to have cleaner for people to spray down machines when the workout was finished.

Fint hotell med fantastisk personal.
Pros:

Ett väldigt fint hotell med de mest fantastiska personalen, både i receptionen och framför allt i poolområdet. Det som påverkade oss negativt var det stora bygget som låg granne med hotellet. Det var dels höga ljud, och inte vacker utsikt.
Känns tråkigt för vårt hotell har inget med bygget att göra så det är inte deras fel, men det påverkar ju oss som gäster.
Personalen gjorde allt för att få oss nöjda, så de skall ha all cred för det! Frukosten var fantastisk, det fanns mycket att välja på, både varmt och fräscha frukt och grönsaker. Vi hade bra massage på deras spa avdelning, även gymmet var bra.

Cons:

Vi hade otur med vädret vilket gjorde att vi spenderade mer tid på hotellet / rummet än vad man antagligen hade gjort vid sol och badväder. Det gjorde att vi drabbades negativt att det stora bygget som låg granne med hotellet.

想像以上によかった。特に昼食。
Pros:

朝食の種類が多く、毎日のように変化があってとても楽しめた。アフタヌーンティーの提供もよかった。このホテルを選んだポイントのひとつ。朝食がおいしいこと、変化に富んでいることは、もっとアピールしてもいいと思う。特に、日替わりのベトナムサラダがよかった。
滞在中に母の誕生日があったのだが、スタッフの方がケーキを持って訪れ、歌を歌ってくれた。本物のサプライズで、大変感動した。

Cons:

初日、バインミーのコーナーがあったのだが、翌日以降はなく、残念だった。メインのブッフェがとても充実していたので、エッグステーションや、フォーのコーナーともども見落としていた。フォーは翌日から連日食べた。
私は問題なかったが、母がシャワーカーテンがないことに困っていた。床がびちゃびちゃに。

Great hotel, excellent service
Pros:

The location and view were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa was very good and we used it twice. The restaurant was delicious and we liked the variety. We also really liked the day trip we booked through the hotel, to have a driver on call while we explored My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An, and this included a packed breakfast since we left the hotel early.

Cons:

The hotel itself is excellent, but currently (as of March 2026) the two neighbour buildings on each side are undergoing construction which can be very loud during the day. The hotel cannot control this and apologised for it and gave us some coupons and earplugs to compensate, and it is a shame because none of that is their fault and this is only a temporary issue. I would say for people thinking of booking this hotel, don't be dissuaded, but keep in mind if you are very sensitive to construction noise during the day and maybe pack some things to help, and once the construction is finished then it will be without issue.

A lovely stay by the beach
Pros:

The staff were always friendly and happy to help. The hotel is located right in front of the beach and is on the same street as several restaurants which is very convenient. The rooms were clean comfortable.

We stayed for a long time (two weeks), but our requests weren't taken into account! Apparently, the hotel staff doesn't care about long-term guests. We were given a dark room with a bad view, right on top of a construction crane! The breakfasts were average, with lots of fried food and little variety. The breakfast area was small, and there were so many guests, it was difficult to get food, and it was difficult to find a good place for breakfast. We didn't like the pool. The shower in the room was dirty; we asked for a replacement because it was covered in black mold. One time, cleaning staff came into our room without asking, even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and they didn't even knock!
