The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:

-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

Pros:

Very good location, staff very attentive and welcoming. Clean and felt luxurious

Cons:

Slight construction but did not bother us. Minor things like the shower head didn’t stay up because the holder was loose, and bedside table wasn’t wiped down when we checked in but very minor

Property and staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Pros:

The location was great with lovely views of the beach and close proximity to everything you would need (food, drinks, laundry, shops etc.) Breakfast was amazing. So many different varieties of food you could choose from.

Cons:

The only small downside was construction next door. But in saying this, it didn't really affect us and the hotel made up for this inconvenience with extra bonuses (voucher for free drink and discount voucher at the restaurant).

Pros:

I was assigned to a room faced directly to the ocean. The ocean breeze was very nice at night as the room window was able to open.
Hotel staff is also very friendly. Front office staff, Eiri (hope i remember the spelling of her name correctly). She is very helpful. She looked after my family at the check out. She ensured the airport shuttle was booked and our luggage was taken care.

Excellent stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast is perfect with big choice of different meals. Beach is beautiful, just over the street. Pool is on the top of the hotel with nice view over the beach below.

Convenient location in Da Nang
Pros:

Located perfect directly opposite to the beach, and plenty of facilities, like restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Roof top bar with nice view swimming pool.
Nice onsite restaurant.
Clean room and comfortable bedding. Overall we had a nice stay

Cons:

Construction noise from the next building, but only during the day. Night time is perfectly fine. Hotel has given us a complimentary drink for compensation. Nice touch.

Excellent and luxurious hotel
Pros:

The hotel was luxurious, brand new and super clean. The room was soundproof so nothing disturbed us when sleeping. The staff was super helpful, flexible and excellent at making every request work. The hotel had an outstanding restaurant, an infinity pool with rooftop bar, space for storing luggages after checkout and many programmes during the day for everyone.
