The pick-up times are at 9:00, 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30,
The drop-off times are at 8:30, 10:00, 13:00, and 15:00.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:
-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 200,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 550,000 per night.
Please review your reservation and ensure that you have provided the accurate number and ages of children. If you have not provided this information during the reservation process, kindly note that there will be a children surcharge at the hotel, which you will need to pay upon arrival.

Where to start? - excellent location fronting the beach. Close/convenient to shops, restaurants and spas (back entry). Our room is very clean and maintained very well. Value for money stay. Superb customer service from staff at the lobby (special mention to Jin and Sarah) to room attendants. Highly highly recommended stay in Da Nang.
Future guests should be aware that this hotel is currently positioned between *two major construction projects*.
The disturbance was not limited to occasional daytime noise. During our stay, construction continued *24 hours a day* and included ironworkers, concrete work, cranes, machinery, and ongoing site activity. Because the hotel is effectively sandwiched between two active construction sites, there was no genuinely quiet side and no realistic escape from the noise.
The impact on my family was significant. My daughter woke repeatedly throughout the night. My wife slept approximately four hours in total over three days and was eventually in tears from exhaustion.
What is especially concerning is the lack of clear disclosure. The OTA listing, booking confirmation, and email correspondence did not explain that the hotel was surrounded by major construction. The only notice I later found referred to noise that “may occasionally” occur during the daytime. That description did not come close to reflecting the actual conditions.
Had the extent of the construction been properly disclosed, we would never have booked.
To be fair, the spa and food and beverage service were good. The problem was the accommodation itself. A hotel room has one basic job: provide a place to rest. In our case, it failed completely. Be kind to the staff though, it is not their fault and they are in a difficult position as I had to observe them resolve countless guest complaints.
The hotel management initially would not offer a meaningful resolution. I ultimately had to refuse payment of the incidental charges simply to force the matter into discussion with the management team. There was a resolution, however in my view was not aligned or appropriate given the seriousness of the situation and the impact on my family.
Based on the current stage of construction, I expect at least one of these projects to continue for another year or longer, and that does not account for the separate development on the opposite side.
My advice is very simple:
*Great hotel, but do not stay here until the surrounding construction is complete.*
Nothing was too much trouble, everyone always had a smile and a helpful attitude and this made for a very memorable stay. We had a corner, partial sea view room, which was a great size for a week long stay. The bed was huge and super comfy and the shower was delightful. We enjoyed the breakfast much more than the one at our previous, very expensive hotel (Fullerton in Singapore), there was a lot of variety and it didn’t feel like a canteen. The pool is a nice spot for a dip, perhaps a bit warm but can’t be helped in such a warm environment. The beach across the road enticed us with morning walks and swims, knowing it was a quick walk “home” to rinse off. We ate at the pool one evening and were happy with our burgers and drinks, and there’s heaps of other food choices close by. The only negative, is the noise - road traffic can be pretty noisy, one morning there was activity on the beach in which a loud speaker was used and there is construction close by. If noise bothers you (they do supply ear plugs) then maybe choose elsewhere, otherwise stop looking and book - you won’t find better value for your money.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at HAIAN Beach Hotel in Da Nang. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The facilities were excellent, and the food was outstanding, especially the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious options.
The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They truly made our holiday special.
A huge thank you to everyone at HAIAN Beach Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. The exceptional hospitality more than makes up for the temporary construction nearby.
The only slight downside was that the hotel is currently situated between two construction sites, so there was some noise at times during the day. However, this is completely outside the hotel's control and certainly did not take away from the excellent service and overall experience we had.
The property was ok , however they had building working going on on both sides and the pictures online doesn’t look like what the building and location is !
I didn’t like anything about the property ! They could do better with hygiene and health of people ! They had slippers to be reused by other people! Which is very unhygienic and also the ice buckets were so dirty and could make people sick !!!! Also the cleaners were using the same dirty towel used to wipe toilet bowls to wipe the whole room and bathroom !!!! Sure a lot of people will be sick !!!!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Haian Beach Hotel and Spa! From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.
The location couldn’t have been better—being just across the beach made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful views and take relaxing walks by the water. We also loved the food, especially the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of delicious options for everyone in our family. The resort’s facilities were clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
Thank you to the entire Haian Beach Hotel team for making our family trip so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Da Nang. Highly recommended!
