チェックイン時にもたついてる時には、歩み寄って頂ければ、スムーズにチェックインできたと思う、その辺の配慮を配って頂ければ良いと感じた。

便利
Pros:

一泊でしたが、歯磨き粉が大きめだったので、寝る前、起床後、朝食後に磨いても充分でした。とても良かったです。
大浴場も手足をのびのびと伸ばして入ることができました。
地下鉄に近く、コンビニも近くにあって便利でした。
バラエティな朝食で、名古屋の名物コーナーもあり、ご当地感が良かったです。特に手羽先が美味しかったです。

Pros:

使い捨てのわスリッパがあった。
電話の応対が親切。

Cons:

狭い。ベッドとベッドの間が極端に狭い。
浴室が高くて危ない。
椅子がある時はいちいち動かさないとトイレにはいれない。
風呂桶が高くて、跨ぐのに苦労した。

快適に宿泊することができました。
Pros:

清潔感があり、また、吹き抜けがあって開放感がありました。

Cons:

客室に、ズボンを挟んで掛けるハンガーが置いていなかった。
また、ホテルの名称が、付近の他のアパホテルと類似しており、分かりずらかった。

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has good amenities. The spa bath is always nice. The control panel on the bed for all the lights/AC is great. Room was clean. Just an all around good hotel for a good price.

Cons:

The room may be too small for some people. The size was just what I needed though.
The only thing I didn't like was that it got a bit warm in the room and while the AC unit works like a charm, it felt like no matter what I set it too, I had to feel the wind going over my face.
