Pros:

Everything about the property was beautiful, from the weather and location to the food and service. It was the ultimate place to disconnect from the crowds and all the stress and just completely switch off. I had such a relaxing stay and would definitely go back again.

Design, facilities

Cons:

Too expensive even for this type of property (30$ per person for a lebanese breakfast after paying 275$ for a room is frankly a robbery)
Waiters need better training and hygiene
No golf carts were available and I was pregnant and had to walk to the top of the hill where our room was
Curtains were missing from our bedroom (only blackouts were there and the light ones were not there)

I would love to come back, but if they really don’t up their game with the service, i would try somewhere else
Pros:

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The service was really bad. They are understaffed plus most of the staff are interns who lack experience. For the money that i am paying, i would expect a 5 star service, which a place like that lacked this year. This is the 3rd year in a row that i visit, but this year the service was really bad
