Toll, unser Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unsere Anliegen wurden schnellstens erledigt, alles war sehr sauber, WLAN ist sehr schnell, das Frühstück war großartig.

Cons:

Schade dass wir schon wieder weg mussten.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir waren hier für 5 Nächte in einem Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Zimmer und Bad waren schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und von guter Qualität.
Der Kaffee hat ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt.
Zum Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es nur wenige Meter. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und auch der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage,ein früherer Check in war total unkompliziert ..

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war leider sehr unbefriedigend. Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz, den man über die Unterkunft zusätzlich buchen konnte, war etwa 17 Gehminuten entfernt. Das empfanden wir als ziemlich umständlich.

Auch beim Frühstück gab es einige Kritikpunkte. Man hatte ständig das Gefühl, beim Zusammenstellen des Frühstücks beobachtet zu werden, was eine eher unangenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Etwas mehr Diskretion und eine entspanntere Atmosphäre wären hier wünschenswert gewesen.

Zudem fehlte uns frisches Obst. Stattdessen wurde lediglich aufgetautes Obst angeboten. Insgesamt hätten wir uns beim Frühstück etwas mehr Frische, Auswahl und eine angenehmere Atmosphäre gewünscht.

Gute, zentrums- und strandnahe Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, 100 m zur Strandpromenade, zahlreiche Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Hübsches Gebäude im klassischen Strandbadstil.

Cons:

Die überschwenglichen Bewertungen zur Inhaberfamilie passten nicht ganz zum sachorientierten Erledigen des Jobs, das wir angetroffen haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach exakt den bei booking.com hinterlegten Bildern - nur hatte der im Untergeschoss befindliche Frühstücksraum für uns eine eher bedrückende Atmosphäre. Insgesamt wird hier "praktisch" vor "gemütlich" gesetzt.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu perfekt, zentral, quasi in zweiter Reihe hinter der Strandpromenade und dennoch ruhig. Auch die Sauberkeit und der freundliche Service sind hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Man sollte kein Problem mit Treppen haben, für uns war dass kein Problem, deshalb versteht sich dass nur als Anmerkung.

Die zentrale Lage war super. Ein paar Schritte bis zur Ostsee und an die Promenade.
Der reservierte Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist super, da es direkt in der Straße nur Anlieger-Parkplätze gibt. Allerdings ist der hauseigene Stellplatz sehr eng, mit einem SUV ist das parken eher schwierig.

Cons:

Wir waren ganz oben und hatten nur eine enge Wendeltreppe als Zugang zum Apartment (keinen Aufzug).
Beim Frühstück war das Brot (Kleinbrot) nicht gut. Das restliche Angebot auf dem Buffet war okay.
Im Apartment war Teppichboden und der schon ziemlich alt. Gott sei Dank hatten wir Badelatschen dabei.

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück deckte alle unssere Wünsche ab. Da wir ein Familienzimmer bekamen, hatten wir ausreichend Platz.
Die Lage des Hauses nahe der Strandpromenade ist excellent.

Cons:

Da fällt uns nichts ein.
