Bis auf die genannten Unannehmlichkeiten war es ein gelungener Kurztrip nach Binz in diesem Hotel. Gerne wieder nur ohne
Pros:

Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr schön, fast am Strand und alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Regelung mit dem Parkplatz, ca. 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt war super preiswert gelöst.

-Preis-Leistung vom Frühstück
- leider kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer

Pros:

So ein schönes kleines Hotel 1 min. fußläufig von der Ostsee entfernt.
Ein tolles Team im Hotel was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig - noch dazu der große Balkon .
Ich habe mich sehr wohl bei Euch gefühlt !

Es war wieder sehr erholsam.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend, nah zum Strand, zur Promenade und zur Shoppingstraße, reichlich gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Die Unterkunft hat sich, trotz Besitzerwechsel nicht verändert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und ausreichend ausgestattet (vielleicht könnte man einen kleinen Kühlschrank integrieren), es sind aber Kaffe und gekühlte Getränke zu humanen Preisen ganztägig erhältlich. Nicht zu vergessen die großen Balkons mit sehr bequemen Korbsesseln. Das Frühstück beinhaltet von jedem etwas (immer frisches sehr leckeres Brot und Brötchen, Rührei, Eier, Wurst, Käse, Jogurt, Müsli, Obst, Gläschen mit wechselndem Inhalt wie Fleischsalat oder Heringssalat, was will man mehr), wir waren vollstens zufrieden. Die neuen Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn man am Haus keinen Parkplatz buchen konnte (sind nur wenige verfügbar) ist in ca. 10-15 min Fußweg ein Platz auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz reservierbar (Preis auch ok). Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Gemütliches Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Leckeres Frühstück, bequeme Betten und nur zwei Minuten zum Strand

Wir sind wegen des Hitzechaos bei der Bahn (40 Grad etc.) etwas später angereist.
Bei normalen sommerlichen Temperaturen war es auch im Dachgeschoss gut aushaltbar, wenn man die Fenster dauerhaft geöffnet oder gekippt hat.
Wir hatten vorher nicht mitbekommen, dass der Eigentümer gewechselt hat, haben uns aber weiterhin sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Keine Kritik, nur als Hinweis, man sollte es einplanen: Der Frühstücksraum ist im Untergeschoss und auch am Eingang sind Stufen. Die Treppen in die oberen Stockwerke sind recht steil.

Wir mussten vorzeitig abreisen, weil das Zimmer extrem heiß war

Cons:

Dachgeschosszimmer ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht bewohnbar, kein Hinweis auf die vielen Treppen und die Dachgeschosslage in der Zimmerbeschreibung

Schön gelegen, Haupthaus hat Charme
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage nah am Strand. Kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Ferienwohnung, deshalb sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Die FeWo ist nur über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Das Frühstück im Keller ist etwas ... duster.
