Hôtel très décevant de la chaîne grecotel

La réception et l’accueil du personnel

Cons:

Hôtel mal entretenu notamment les jardins et espaces verts . Un seul restaurant ouvert avec très peu de variété et les produits de base. Les fruits comme les comme les pâtisseries, comme les comme les salades, comme les poissons aucune variété et très rudimentaire. Le prix de la piscine intérieure abusif..

Sehr schlecht gar nichts so erwartet

Cons:

Keine 5 Sterne – eher 2!

Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Ich würde eher 2 Sterne vergeben, wenn überhaupt.

Essen:
Das Essen war enttäuschend – geschmacklos und schlecht organisiert. Es gibt ein offenes Buffet und vier Restaurants, aber für diese Restaurants muss man früh morgens einen Termin an einem kleinen Schalter neben der Rezeption buchen. Das bedeutet: lange Wartezeiten, unmotiviertes Personal und Stress im Urlaub.
Am Ende bekommt man in den Restaurants fast dasselbe wie am Buffet, nur auf einem Teller serviert.

Zimmer:
Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Beim Check-in wird oft das schlechteste Zimmer angeboten. Nur nach langer Diskussion bekommt man eventuell ein besseres.
Sauberkeit? Fehlanzeige. Es werden nur Handtücher getauscht – der Boden wird nicht gereinigt, Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, der Balkon oder Gartenbereich nicht gepflegt.

Pool & Strand:
Der Pool ist ständig überfüllt mit Kindern, Ruhe findet man dort nicht.
Der Strand ist nichts Besonderes, es gibt in der Gegend definitiv schönere Alternativen. Die Lage ist insgesamt eher langweilig, man kann kaum etwas unternehmen.

Personal:
Viele Mitarbeiter sind demotiviert und wirken genervt. Bestellungen am Pool oder in der Bar dauern lange.
Einige wenige geben sich Mühe – der Rest leider nicht.
Cocktails? Katastrophe – die meisten schmecken nach nichts, eher wie Wasser mit Farbe.

Fazit:
Definitiv keine 5 Sterne! Für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels mit gutem Service, leckerem Essen und mehr Komfort.
Wir haben nur 3 von 10 Tagen überhaupt im Hotel verbracht – sonst waren wir lieber außerhalb an anderen Stränden und in anderen Restaurants essen.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The place is beautiful, staff is friendly, is a city in an hotel, we had a lot of fun and also relaxed a lot. Is great for families, couples, friends, the place is so big and has so many places to be that is suitable for all.

Cons:

We booked two restaurants and would say I would prefer to have stayed at the buffet restaurant. The traditional restaurant didn't have reservations for the days we were there so they recommended a restaurant outside of the hotel. We decided to go and were a bit disappointed, the dishes served were not traditional and was not worth it.
The other one we tried was the Botanical Fine Dining, the food was not bad, but this restaurant is open air which means mid-meal we were hit by a wave of mosquitos and we couldn't finish the meal. Is not the hotel's fault but was not nice. Maybe change the Fine Dining to other place, maybe closed space. Also the staff was too much, we had 4 people there just surrounding our table, filling our glasses every time we took a sip, which was very inconvenient.
For the room, only thing I didn't like was the AC being too noisy and beds could be more comfortable.

Nem éreztük az öt csillagot
Pros:

A gluténmentes étkezés abszolút megoldott volt, segítőkészek és felkészültek voltak a dolgozók.

Cons:

Direkt azért választottuk ezt a szállodát mert volt beltéri medence, de csak ott jelezték, sehol máshol előzetesen, hogy gyerekek nem vehetik igénybe. Kültéribe mehettek volna, de 20 fokban… Az apartman ajtó kisebb volt mint a nyílás, így jött be a hideg és reggel a fény. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen és puha volt. A TV nem Smart , semmit nem tudtunk nézni rajta.

Pros:

אנחנו משפחה של חמש, התארחנו בריזורט לשישה לילות על בסיס הכול כלול בשני חדרים.המקום בנוי בסגנון של כפר נופש ומשתרע על פני שטח גדול מאוד עם מדשאות רחבות ידיים וצמחייה נאה ומטופחת.אהבנו את פארק המים עם המסעדה הצמודה ,אהבנו את הבריכות, במיוחד הבריכה ליד החוף עם הבר הצמוד,חוף הים מדהים,האוכל היה מצויין עם מנות מגוונות וטריות.

Cons:

הריזורט משתרע על פני שטח גדול מאוד מה שהופך את ההתניידות הרגלית בו למעייפת,מייגעת ולא נוחה במיוחד בימי הקיץ החמים וגם החנייה מרוחקת מהחדרים. להוציא את הבריכות ופארק המים שהיו חדשים יחסית, המבנים ברובם הינם מבנים ישנים מאוד שעברו שיפוץ לא מוצלח במיוחד,העיצוב מיושן,לא עדכני ,נותן תחושה כבדה, חדר האוכל אפלולי, המבנה בו אנחנו והילדים שהינו הזכיר יותר אכסנייה מאשר מלון בדירוג חמישה כוכבים עליו שילמנו סכום כסף לא מבוטל,אשר לא השתקף לצערנו ברמת החדרים.
