My wedding took place at Ramada Pitampura recently, and i must say feom decor to food to hotel service and staff were exceptional. There has been drastic visible change in managment and hotel after Ramada took over from sewa grand. And many thanks to Sales person - Yash Gandhi, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth. Also special mention to
Chef - Digamber & Neeraj who made sure food was perfect and was served beyond scheduled time as well. Plus - thanks to Vikas ji and Amit for food and beverage services which were again exceptiinal. We were a group of over 30 guests, and our overall experience was excellent. The check-in process was smooth and well-handled, thanks to Bhawna and the front desk team for their efficiency and warm hospitality.
The buffet spread was impressive, offering a good variety of dishes that catered to everyone’s taste. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay for our entire group.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at so-called “Ramada” Pitampura, New Delhi. I checked in around 3:30 PM with my family, including two kids, and to my utter shock, there was no water in the room. We were left helpless for nearly an hour, waiting for something as basic as water! When it finally came, we thought the nightmare was over, but within the next hour we realized the AC in the room was also not working. After a frustrating wait, we were shifted to another room — and that was even more horrible.
The toilet was miserable and unhygienic, with no cleanliness at all, broken flooring, filthy curtains, and plaster literally peeling off the ceiling. It felt more like a rundown lodge than an international chain property. To add to the shock, the room key was a cheap farzi card with no Ramada logo on it — making me doubt whether this was even a genuine Ramada hotel.
Overall, this was an extreme pathetic experience. I regret bringing my family here and wasting my time, money, and peace of mind. No one should ever step into this worthless property if they value their comfort, hygiene, or dignity. Ramada must seriously reconsider allowing such a sham property to misuse its name.

Staying at Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi Pitampura was an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Here’s what went wrong:
Staff attitude was appallingly arrogant:** The team behaved like the hotel was their personal property, treating guests with nothing short of disdain.
Overbearing scrutiny at every turn:** Every time we stepped in or out, we were bombarded with questions and made to feel like a crime was being committed—completely unnecessary and invasive.
Rooms and basic amenities:** The rooms were deeply unsatisfactory. The shower was unreliable and, to make matters worse, there were no towels available in the washroom when needed.
Privacy and hygiene concerns:** Housekeeping reportedly entered the room without consent, which felt intrusive and unsettling.
Reception leadership:** The on-site managers came across as surveillance-oriented, more focused on watching guests than delivering any kind of service.
Value for money:** In short, this stay felt like a poor use of money you’ve worked hard to earn. There are better options in Delhi that actually respect guests and provide decent hospitality.
If you’re researching this hotel, be aware that the treatment and conditions described above are not conducive to a comfortable or pleasant stay. Consider alternatives that prioritize guest comfort and respectful service.
My experience at Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi Pitampura was far from acceptable. Here’s how it went down:
Arrogant staff behaviour: The team acted like the hotel belonged to them personally, as if we were intruding into their private domain. The hospitality felt non-existent and distant, not the level you expect from a supposedly reputable hotel.
Overbearing approach at every turn: Every entry and exit from the room was met with interrogative questioning and unnecessary scrutiny, as if we were entering a “fun arena” rather than a comfortable hotel space.
Rooms and amenities: The rooms were pathetic. The shower never worked properly, and there were no towels kept in the washroom when needed.
Hygiene and housekeeping issues: The house cleaning staff allegedly entered the room without consent, which felt creepy and invasive. Privacy and safety concerns were at an all-time low.
Reception management: The so-called managers at the reception behaved like CCTV cameras watching your every move and had zero sense of hospitality. Their attitude was one of surveillance rather than service.
Overall value: Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this place. The experience was frustrating, discomforting, and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality.
If you’re considering this hotel, you might want to rethink. There are many other options in Delhi that actually prioritize guest comfort and respectful service.

We had our wedding celebrations at Ramada by Wyndham, Pitampura on 20th–21stApril, and it was truly perfect! From the Sangeet and Haldi to the Wedding night, everything was beautifully organized. The hotel is stunning, rooms were great, and our guests were very impressed. Huge thanks to Yash Ji for seamless coordination, Chef Digambar Ji, Sous Chef Niraj Ji, Vikas Ji from F&B, and support staff Amit Ji and Gopal Ji for the delicious food and exceptional service. Everyone was warm, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for making our big day unforgettable.

stayed at Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi recently and had a really pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick, and they even offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.
The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed — comfy bed, a good-sized desk, flat-screen TV, minibar, and a clean bathroom with all the essentials. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important since I was also working during my trip.
Its a bit out of the way. Taxis do not like coming here, I always had to tip extra. Use Rapido instead of Uber. The breakfast is not great. The room furniture is getting old.
But all the staff were excellent and really helpful.
The hotel experience resembles a 2-star experience rather than a 4-star / 5-star that it is listed under. The rooms are not well maintained, the beds are like the ones found in a regular 2-star kind of a property and cleanliness was not up to par of a star property. The breakfast has a decent spread and is satisfactory. Overall, the property doesn't achieve a value for money status against the amount spent in booking it.
We hosted our wedding celebration in Ramada (Feb 28th - Mar 1st 2025).
We had an incredible experience (from food, decor to rooms). We are grateful for all the support from Mr. Atish, Mr. Yash and the entire Ramada team for extending all their support and leaving no stone unturned in making our special day memorable.
