It was on the prom and easy to find

Go for the acts and bar ( keep out of the restaurant)
Pros:

The acts were fantastic and a good bar.

Cons:

Restaurant overwhelmed due to coach parties.
Didn't get meet and greet to dinner table.
Ran out of braised steak and other menu options not really great.
Soup thin and like dishwater. Didn't bother with the mains and desert just walked out.
Would rather have a separate menu to the coach parties.

Lovely break in spring
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location , easy reach of the south, central and north piers . Home bargains store for essentials is not far away , as are fast food outlets. There is also a nice gastro pub The Dutton arms about a 12 min walk away. The hotel being opposite the beach has excellent views and you can easily cross the road in a minute or so .

Cons:

We had a front sea view room but the bathroom was really tiny ,so much so you struggle to dry off after a shower ,but we realised theres nothing you can really do to extend it !! Also more storage space would have been benificial to us (we are a family of 4 )

Great location
Pros:

Location of hotel is great, having a parking space all weekend is a great thing. Room was spacious and clean, and the two bar areas were very spacious as well.

Cons:

Our room was directly above the entertainment so was a struggle to sleep until it was finished.

Overnight stay with friends
Pros:

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Steve on reception made us feel at home.
The lounges are very comfortable looking at the sea.
Breakfast was basic but good and freshly cooked..
Great views on the sea front.

Cons:

Only tea available in the bedroom.

Great staff
Pros:

We had a problem checking in but they sorted it out very swiftly

Cons:

When we went to our room people's belongings where already in the room but they sorted this out upgraded us and we were very happy

Awful experience
Pros:

The food

Cons:

I have serious concerns - mattress was covered in multiple urine stains , the electrical testing is out of date and the room is not as shown on your website and filthy with mould, dirt and stains
