The room very small
The breakfast was lovely and the entertainment was good
We paid for family room with sea view however had to change date due to illness all this was accepted and we paid a lot more for change of date , however we ended up in the basement with no light and the smallest window ever so could not breathe then had to change rooms because my 83 year old stepdad with severe Alzheimer’s was really suffering couldn’t breathe we got moved to next door almost same room with air conditioning which was too cold there is no happy medium there
The rooms are simply not acceptable for 3 night stay with elderly and paid for sea view

Everything to be fair the ramp door caught my step dad it closed on him hurting his leg and scaring him to death this was reported to reception staff to no avail not good at all and to be fair the breakfast staff well the one who serves breakfast in restaurants by reception has no personality what so ever NO customer service 🙄
The location of the hotel, all rooms where clean, spacious and comfortable.
The fact that you can't vape in the room. I know smoking isn't allowed I understand that because I don't smoke and don't like the smell of it but vaping is different and should be permitted.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoy the entertainment in the evening it's very good

Lift was out of order
The food was excellent, buffet breakfast and at mealtimes plenty of options to chose from. Room was comfortable and had air conditioning unit which came in handy. Plenty of Entertainment at night to suit everyone.
Bar prices a bit dear £2.00 for a can of water
The location was ideal because it's central to most attractions.
Lifts not working, room was too warm even with a fan, noise from other residents, not enough places to hang clothes, room was to small for 3 adults.

On arrival felt right at home 🏠 The reasons why I chose Highly Staff friendly very helpful delivered a great service. Food delicious 😋 bed comfortable enjoyed our stay worth every penny.

The lift was broken. Some beers weren't available which was annoying.
