Our room was above the entertainment was not told before, loud music till 3am.

Guests above were so noisy they took over when the music stopped.

The location, sea front, free parking, great entertainment offered all day + night, staff happy, nice room hot water and heating, fab few days away would stay here again. Excellent value for money

Cons:

Not been able to check in til 4pm
Being woken up at 8am from noisy members of staff round the back at door, banging and shouting whistling "Dave"

I do recommend this hotel to visit Blackpool.

Overall good stay,
Pros:

Lift to floors , entertainment good, free & adequate parking. Generally good vibes.

Cons:

Entertainment altogether very good.but far far too loud.music sound levels can't hear singers.. shame really.even when artist not on background music too loud people can't have a conversation. Otherwise ✓

A one night break from routine was very enjoyable and an absolute bargain.
Pros:

Receptionionist was ultra friendly and helpful. Dinner service staff and food choices and quality were exceptional. Breakfast was good, plentiful and varied but don't order the bacon, staff were excellent again.

Cons:

The was clean and comfortable but it was a particularly windy night and the whistling that could could be heard was a little disruptive.

Good price, you get what you pay for
Pros:

Good price, well located with respect to the tram and waterpark.

Cons:

Walls were very thin, and I could hear people coming in in the middle of the night. They wouldn't give us the AC remote and instead had the maintenance guy come and turn the AC off for us.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was really good and value for money.

Cons:

No sleep on the last night as we had disruptive people in room next door that had to be removed during the night. Only got apology at front desk on leaving. This was only because I enquired if there was any damage to the room in question. Visited Lyndene on several occasions with no problems.
