Nice hotel, requested extra pillows and a fan, didn’t get neither after asking twice. Felt like reception staff wasn’t b
Pros:

The location was the best. Breakfast was very good, pleasant ladies that serve you.

Cons:

Too hot inside rooms and building, couldn’t sleep properly, banging of doors late at night which wakes you up.

Pros:

The staff and breakfasts were great. The location right on the beach made it perfect for a few days away. The staff really make this place.

Cons:

Our room wasn't easy to get to using a really old lift. The room wasn't cleaned in the three days we spent in it and towels were not changed once. The beds were the worst we've ever slept in and none of us slept properly while we were there. New bed frames and mattresses would make a huge difference to this once beautiful hotel.

Fantastic hotel great staff and amenities everything you need under one roof
Pros:

Overall the hotel was fantastic ! The breakfast was great loads of choice ! Anything you needed the staff were always there to help you and very polite , we will be staying here from now on when we visit Blackpool again .

Cons:

I had an issue with the shower but it really didn’t
Matter much I still managed to get clean lol !

Quirky, but charming,like an eccentric old friend
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful,especially in the restaurant. Check in was quick and efficient. The cutlery,plates etc in the restaurant were always spotless.

Cons:

The room we were given was very small,(a double with extra single bed) the bathroom particularly so. However we managed and will return,next time requesting a larger room. The lifts were a bit hit and miss when they worked. And it should be explained that in the restaurant you should sit at the table number that matches your room number.

Pros:

Entertainment great staff friendly been a few times always enjoy.

Cons:

Bed not very comfy this time never had problem before different room than the other times we have been but only there for two days and managed some sleep.

Pros:

Location was perfect, beds were very comfortable,

Cons:

Wasn't much for my 12 year old to do he wouldn't of sat for the entertainment it was aimed at the older generation, I booked that hotel as it had a games room, but that was a bit disappointing it had 1 pool table and a fruit machine, wasn't much for the younger generation to do
