Bang on hotel for the money would definitely recommend to couples an families.
Pros:

Prime location for what we needed. Very clean and good value for money. Breakfast was included for price which was still very cheap.

Cons:

Door was awkward to open with key card a being on ground floor even though we preferred that the noise from the street early morning was annoying. Radiator didn’t work an it was cold in the room. Apart from that very clean a will always use.

Pros:

Entertainment was great, Food on the whole was great, The room was comfortable. Staff in dining room were lovely. The building is well maintained.

Cons:

The vegetables are not cooked enough they are hard every night. Everything else food wise is great. Lots of people leaving the vegetables because of them being hard (hardly cooked). Move the tables and chairs into a better formation in the caberet room by the window. This will make more room for guests. Lots of the chairs are facing the wrong way- nobody will sit in these. Please think this through as its an easy quick fix and more people will be able to see the entertainment.

Great stay just let down with events that happened
Pros:

Entertainment and food exceptional

Cons:

We had a flood of water into our room from above soaked bottom of bed and carpet which was very very wet - reported late as been innsunset lounge had to wait till morn for maintenance. Slept in wet duvet.Changed our bed eventually but left wet carpet still wet when left on Friday happened Tuesday- mentioned again to reception so next people in wouldn't have wet carpet

Overall a good stay. We have stayed here a few times now, but not the best room
Pros:

Staff were lovely, great location, and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was a bit dated. Work going on in the room next door, so couldn't really enjoy the sea view, as workmen walking past the window. Room was above entertainment, so really noisy. Room 47

Pros:

The hotel was first class staff were very helpful meals were very good will be back

Cons:

Were pensioner's trying to park was not good but they ladies on the front desk were very helpful to get a space we got a space across from hotel in disabled parking

They hotel itself is nice but the room we stayed it wasn’t good

They room i was in was
To small, really hot, bathroom was to small, i also have bedbug bites am not happy my body is covered in them, am itching so bad the bites are swollen and am very uncomfortable 😞

We’d definitely stay again. Staff were lovely & the breakfast was as great.
Pros:

Great stay. Female singer was amazing. Beds were comfy & we all had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was spot on.

Cons:

Bathroom needed a good old scrub. Shower & shower door were filthy. The room was dated & needed a lick of paint but that didn’t affect our stay. The “comedy entertainer” crossed the line & was quite offensive with his comments to certain guests so much so we walked out after 20 minutes in!
