Cons:

Breakfast was a bit small for the price and we didn't get it all because they ran out and didn't bring the rest when it was cooked. The evening entertainment could stay on a little longer if its still busy. The beds are not very comfortable

Good value for money and one of the better Blackpool hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

The entertainment at night was excellent and the staff couldn’t of been nicer.

Cons:

The lift wasn’t the most reliable and found ourselves using the stairs.

Spoilt with the room

Cons:

The room 94 was the worst room we have ever had it's NOT a double room claustrophobic next to the bins spoilt our stay we are both 81 and been coming for years and this was a big disappointment. I suppose you get what you pay for

Staff are very friendly, entertainment is excellent, rooms are comfortable, food is lovely, and a good selection is available 😀 .

Cons:

With the heatwave could do with air conditioning or better ceiling fans.

Pros:

The food was good and the entertainment was good, some of the reception staff were nice but not all

Cons:

The room was dirty too hot too small could not get in the shower no room to move shower was dirty, outlook from the window a wall and pipes covered in seagull poo overall not fit for purpose

Lovely beach front location mid way of all attractions with a nice breakfast included and all areas were clean

Cons:

The rooms were extremely hot with not much ventilation and no fan supplied. The beds were quite hard .alot of stairs in this property with a very small 2 person lift
