Necesita un repaso, de mantenimiento, con el personal que ha creo que hay que darle una vuelta, cojines del exterior, limpieza mesas sillas, detalles en definitiva.
En el spa cosas rotas, como duchas, grifos
Escaleras acceso a la piscina descuidadas
Resto parking bien, piscinas agua limpia, y flexibilidad en horarios perfecto.

L emplacement , la taille de la chambre qui donne sur la piscine et les riglos.
L état des joints de la douche, moisissures, tuyauterie cassée. Chasse d'eau cassée et réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas bien.
Pour un 4 étoiles c est bien dommage.

El entorno es inigualable, hay poca gente porque los espacios están reservados para los huespedes del hotel. Es perfecto para descansar y desconectar.
la calidad de la comida tanto en el desayuno como en las opciones para comer y cenar no merecen la pena cuando ves el precio.
Está muy bien para desconectar y descansar, pero el restaurante no merece por calidad-precio. No hay muchas opciones cerca por lo que acabas comiendo allí
Location and hotel scenery are excellent.
The duplex rooms are wide and beds are comfortable.
Outside pools are large enough. The well kept garden and outdoor infrastructure provide enough shade and space for intimacy.
Breakfast buffet is really not up to 4 star standard: very little fresh fruit, no fresh juice, no local ham or cheese, no Fresh bread. All Hot drinks are from the same machine: looks like a motorway supply (do not expect coffee capsules). Mainly frozen food, eatable but no food experience.
Room: no sufficient storage space for clothes, AC in the room can only be activated on/off" no remote control , no control of temperature...really noisy as well.
no shutters in the room, only curtains : be ready to wake up early morning.
The so call spa or jacuzzi bath in the bathroom does not work. In addition, a leak in the shower filled the soil each time we showered,
Client service is there but neither pleasant nor helpful. Do not ask to much. Among many, we are still waiting for our breakfast take away bag, the last day we had to leave the hotel early.
Finally, the Spa facility access is not straight forward and not included in the room price, which is incredible when you pay 250€ a night. In addition, you can only reserve a circuit of only 1.5 h for 20€ per head and kids can only access in the morning ?! (the Spa was mostly empty every afternoon).
