Pros:

llegamos a las 20:30 de la noche al hotel y nada más llegar, el recepcionista nos dijo que varios días antes todas las reservas que tenían de Expedia y Booking habían sido canceladas.
No habíamos recibido aviso ni de Expedia ni dle propio hotel acerca de esta cancelación.
Tuvimos que buscar alojamiento a las 21:00 de la noche en Baños.
Experiencia nefasta, pésimo trato al cliente

STAY AWAY!
Pros:

Awful! Stay away.
First of all, they don't accept credit card payment, only cash.
They wanted to change my room to a smaller one because we were only 2 people although i booked a larger room myself.
Beds were full of bed bugs.
No sound insulation, I could hear the street music all night long non-stop
