Quarto muito confortável. limpeza impecável. Atendentes super atentos e atenciosos. Os canais de TV são bem limitados. Fucnionou Globo e SBT. Em alguns dias funcionou os Telecines(Pipoca e Action). Recomendo a hospedagem.

O quanto é ruim quando a equipe de recepção não trabalha corretamente e só sabe dizer "NÃO" às demandas dos hóspedes. Isso compromete totalmente a qualidade e a imagem do hotel. E foi exatamente isso que aconteceu. Lamentável.

Hotel limpo e com boa estrutura. Garagem muito boa.
Quarto grande, xom frigobar lotado de bebidas de vários tipos. Único problema, não tinha copos no quarto, lamentável.
O telefone para recepção toca e ninguem atende. Desisti, acabei descendo para solicitar o que queria.

Um absurdo, clima de 6 graus na cidade e sem água quente no chuveiro do banheiro, liguei na recepção e simplesmente a recepcionista disse q estava estragado o aquecedor, DEVERIAM ter avisado no momento do check-in pq eu mudaria de hotel.
Maçaneta da porta do banheiro caindo, hotel em falta com a manutenção!
