It’s our 2nd time there. The kids love the bath tub and swimming pools! Clean rooms, spacious living room and friendly staff. Housekeeping very fast too! Excellent stay!

Quite clean and good service. But location not as optimal.

It was good overall. However, our bath towels and floor towels were not replaced with new ones when the old ones were taken. We had to go down to reception to ask for them to be delivered. No phones in property to communicate with reception. When we asked for floor towel the second time, we did not get a response and my wife called them via our mobile to get one but was told their housekeeping has gone home. My wife insisted to have floor towels as it is a risk for accidents to happen when we have to step out of the marble floor in the bathroom when it is wet and slipper. TV was not working on the last day as well.

I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved.

Additionally, my child accidentally peed on the bed and when I informed the staff, they were very understanding and did not charge me for cleaning. The apartment also had a washer-dryer which was extremely useful.

Parking was plentiful and free which was a great convenience.

Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to return again!

There was a musty smell in the lobby and common corridor of the apartment. But it was all good in the 2-bedroom apartment, spacious and everything is working as it should.

Smooth check-in process. Free unlimited car park access with room key after checked in. 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Spacious bathroom, living room and firm bed. Clean and quiet. Need your own car to travel out.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit (1 King Bed and 1 Queen bed) for a short getaway.

The room allocated was equipped with two queen beds. As we have intended for our young child to sleep in between us to avoid rolling over the bed, we went to the Reception and queried about it. The male staff initially explained that the assigned room was dirty and still being cleaned and that his colleague should have informed us about the swopping of room. We explained that we need a king bed for the safety of our child. The staff then explained that there is no more king bed apartment as an existing guest had extended his stay. We requested adding a single bed to our room as the 3 of us can't possibly fit on a Queen bed. The staff replied that adding a single bed will have additional cost. We told the staff that they should then provide the room that we have booked, and after sometime the staff agreed to add the bed "on a goodwill basis".

Some other issues during the stay:
1. We were unable to find a hairdryer and went to Reception to request for it. A staff then responded that she will inform Housekeeping and it will be sent after 7-10 mins. The hairdryer was never sent till the next day when we requested again at Reception;
2. The wooden frame holding the main door security latch was dislodged;
3. The bidet spray hose was disconnected;
4. The children's playroom was closed on both visits;
5. Strong and unbearable odour smell in the main bathroom.

Second time staying. Kids love this hotel.Very clean and short distance away from legoland. Will always be our first choice hotel if we are coming back again. Thanks!!

Abit dated, cleanliness could be improved. Broken items should b properly repaired.
Good view and spacious

Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay.

2nd time staying here. Hence explains it all of the return stay. Still one of the more comfortable and affordable stay when coming to JB. 👍

Check in/out was very fast. The staff were very good. However I found the hotel has a bit of a run down look to it, especially the pool area. I had asked for a room with a bathtub but they only have those in 2 bedroom. Had to upgrade for breakfast buffet, which was an extra £3 per day, which is no big deal. Room had one of those awful IKEA style sofa beds that is not comfortable to sit on at all. Shower nice size with separate hot water heater. A/c works very well in both rooms.

Good for a quiet stay over weekday.

It was great, my family loves to stay there.

the only concern is the mattress and blanket is look like not so clean as we can see the stain obviously and the extra blanket store in cabinet is dirty.

The hotel was very quiet and clean.

Lovely pool

Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see.

The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water.

Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area.

Spacious. Numerous wall patches without paint patch up. Toilet basin cabinet was removed. Worst is underneath blanket got red stains. The ‘banner’ on the bedsheet having huge red stain as well.
We added money to opt to have continental breakfast but was notify it will be sent to our room as bento. Request not be early and send at 9am as we are asleep. Reached room before 8.30am and the food is cold, which comprised of small egg tart small croissant and small nasi lemak.

Overall it is a spacious and well kept. However, didn't expect the breakfast to be that 'simple' though brought by room service. We had to drive out for a more decent breakfast. Apart from that, it's a pleasant stay
