Séjour au MaxOne Platinium Jakarta dans un hôtel très propre. Les chambres sont très bien, tout comme la vue depuis le rooftop. L'emplacement est très appréciable, proche du centre de Jakarta.

Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute : ils ont notamment accepté de garder nos affaires après la libération des chambres, un vrai plus.

Points négatifs : le petit-déjeuner est très cher pour l'Indonésie et par rapport au prix des chambres, tout en étant peu varié et pas très bon. De plus, l'une des deux chambres réservées dégageait une odeur tenace, mélange de tabac froid et de nourriture, qui n'est malheureusement pas partie.

Malgré ces quelques désagréments, notre expérience reste globalement très positive, portée notamment par la qualité de l'accueil.

great value hotel in central jakarta, kind and helpful staff
Pros:

great location close to the national monument, staff was kind and ready to help. everything was kept clean and looking according to the property photos. would stay again!

Cons:

i was never able to connect to free wifi but my partner did, so it may have been a personal issue.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

Very good hotel in the center of Jakarta. Clean and attractive room. Very friendly staff. Large breakfast room at the top floor with panoramic views of the city.

Cons:

It would be great to have a small refrigerator in the room to store a bottle of water after a walk in hot weather, but it was a very minor issue.
