Pros:

Located right next to the mall, very convenient.
The rooms with a view to the ocean.
Enjoyed the whole stay.

Small changes will make a great difference
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Situated next to the mall made it very convenient.

Cons:

For the six night staying there all that was cleaned was bedding, room was bit swept daily nor was bathrooms or toilets cleaned daily. Hallway carpets were nit vacuumed the entire stay.
The bed in room 523 was broken, do they not do checks.
We also confirmed and upgraded room, however upon checkin it was not done.
Small changes will go a long way, overall satisfied though.

It’s close to the mall

They charge a higher amount at reception than the quoted amount, even when you show them what booking.com secured, they argue u and make you pay what they want to charge you. No porter service, you carry your bags from their driveway, into reception and into your room. No assistance what so ever, the manager showed a trolly to load ourself and push to our room. She said that’s the best she can do. This is so bad, we had so many bags, they just sat at reception watched us off load and watched us struggle with them to our rooms. It’s ridiculous I was so angry after such a long drive.
