Cons:

Hotel didn’t get my booking because reservations was closed. Had to rebook at the hotel physically once I got there - so I basically booked a hotel that wasn’t unavailable. Don’t book after hours, reception won’t see your booking.

Asked for takeaway breakfast because of departure time- which they gave.
Asked for halaal - which they didn’t give. Asked for a simple toasted cheese which they didn’t give. Had to go get other food and ended up spending more.
