Pros:

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Smallest towel ever in a hotel. Room was hot even a/c was on. Breakfast had half glass juice and half cup of coffee, should be enough of tea/coffee.
Very hard mattress.

Abbiamo preso una suite ed era molto grande e accogliente. Climatizzata sia in camera che nel salone, con frigorifero. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima. Eccellente anche il servizio navetta aeroportuale incluso nel prezzo.

Pros:

La propriété et le calme au sein de l’hôtel. Le personnel (Angel en particulier) est très coopératif et accueillant

Cons:

Nous avons constaté que le restaurant de l’hôtel ne propose pas actuellement de repas adaptés à la période du Ramadan. Par ailleurs, l’introduction de nourriture provenant de l’extérieur étant interdite, cette situation crée certaines difficultés pour les résidents concernés. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir examiner les possibilités d’aménagement à cet effet.
