C'était simpa car le personnel est très poli, serviable. Les plats sont délicieux.

Le petit déjeuner est raisonnable et servi avec amabilité.

Cons:

Le manque d'isolation suffisante au niveau des portes et fenêtres qui fait que sur l'aile où s'écroule ma chambre, on n'en peut pas dormir le week-end a cause de beaucoup de bruit de donc venant de l'église de derrière.

Pros:

It was easy to find the hotel, and the shop selling African products was nice and well-equipped. I liked the fact that the air-conditioning was avaliable and the complimentary breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was on the 3rd floor with no lift or the option to change floors.
The lady at the reception at check-in wasn't welcoming.
The room had an overpowering smell of an air freshener to cover the musty smell. Some of the bathroom fixtures were rusty, and the shower was at such an odd angle that water splashed everywhere, including on the toilet roles whenever the shower was used.

Lovely, warm and friendly staff. Even with the language barrier, they still went the extra mile. Clean room and hotel.

I had better stays at other hotels. This hotel lacks basic amenities to make it more modern.
Pros:

Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate. However, an option for room service would have been better. Guests were required to stop at the restaurant and be individually served. On my last day, the restaurant was still closed and no staff was around. Although, the restaurant was clearly expected to open and serve breakfast starting at 7 am. The free shuttle to the Airport was the most positive outcome of this entire stay.

Cons:

The WIFI was not working in the room for all 3 days. The rooms did not have plates or basic utensils to eat in and the reception had clearly marked signs saying they would not provide those to guests ( somehow a way to force guests to eat from their restaurant) . The TV has a very limited number of channels (4 or 5 max). I ordered a dish of seafood for dinner and the restaurant served spoiled shrimps ( which can be told from the smell and taste). I had returned the dish and ordered from outside the restaurant. The amenities and the management style looks archaic and old-fashioned.

Smallest towel ever in a hotel. Room was hot even a/c was on. Breakfast had half glass juice and half cup of coffee, should be enough of tea/coffee.
Very hard mattress.

Pros:

Abbiamo preso una suite ed era molto grande e accogliente. Climatizzata sia in camera che nel salone, con frigorifero. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima. Eccellente anche il servizio navetta aeroportuale incluso nel prezzo.
