Seit 2007 hat sich leider nichts geändert...
Für uns aber OK...
Bett war klein aber gut und Dusche hervorragend, sonst wir keine hohe Ansprüche....

Super lieve mensen. Nieuwe eigenaar van het restaurant, ontzettend lekker (Italiaans) eten.

Basic Turkish hotel situated on the promenade with the pool area overlooking the beach.
Although the rooms are basic they are kept very clean with bedding and towels changed on a regular basis.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly with English spoken at reception .
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future.
Recommended for the location.

Merhaba. Öncelikle double yatak dedikleri 190×140 bir yatak. Bir de 5 yaşındaki çocuğumuz aranızda yatirmamamizi istediler. Otelin konumu çok iyi denizin önünde.

Otelin konumu, havuzu güzel. Kahvaltı vasat, odalar küçük, mobilyalar eski, yataklar rahatsız, klima (gürültülü çalışıyor) ve tv çok eski (tüplü tv ve 3 kanal çıkıyor), Fethiye merkeze uzak. Personel iyi, yardımsever.

Denize sıfır, geniş havuz, çatı katı sayesinde üst katlar içten dubleks gibi. Açık büfe kahvaltının kalitesi de bu fiyata diğer oteller gibi vasat değildi. Orta düzey bir otel ancak ücretine göre çok çok iyi.

Konumu güzeldi temiz ferah bir oteldi denize sıfır ve havuzu olması ayrıcalıktı

Hizmet sektörüyle uzaktan yakından ilgili olmayan insanların baktığı bir otel. Neredeyse neden burada konaklıyorsunuz diye bize kızacaklardı. O derece kaba çalışanları var. Bir daha asla bu otelde kalmayacağım. Servis ve Hizmet 0. Bir tek havuzu süperdi.

This was our first visit to this hotel. And I absolutely sure, that next time I'll chose Area hotel again.
We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Before choosing Area I made investigations a lot. This hotel met all criteria, except the fact, that it has just a few reviews in the internet. This disturbed me a little. But, fortunately, We stayed more than satisfied.
The room was very clean, fresh repaired,cosy. There were an air-conditioner, hairdryer, shower, TV, Wi-fi. All is in operation condition.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Ramazan bey is always willing to assist whenever it's needed. Many thanks to Ramazan bey and all other stuff!
Breakfast was pretty good, typical Turkish. Amazing Latte!
The hotel has a great location, just in front of the see, amazing views and sunset. Moreover, there is bus stop about 100 meters from the hotel. You can easily reach a city center by the public bus. It runs every 5 minutes until midnight. There is also good supermarket near to the hotel. Also, there are a lot of good restaurants around the hotel, to fit any taste.
Throughout the day there is a bar that serves food also!
The swimming pool is kept very clean. There are two tinny pools for younger kids and the larger pool, so everyone can enjoy it. Very comfortable area for sunbathe, among trees and just near the sea.
We had a really amazing vacation in the hotel and we definitely would recommend it to everyone. Best choice for this money!
