Great location in Seoul
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff, it wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel and I’ve reviewed it before. Room is a bit better than in Tokyo but could be larger for two people. I would be back for the location alone!

Cons:

Breakfast selection isn’t the best. I had noted this last time that breakfast was always the same for the entire week I was there, and it was exactly the same this time around as well, same as last year’s too.

I also don’t particularly enjoy using a clunky touch screen and navigating menus to turn lights on and off when a normal switch would be so much more immediate, but maybe it’s just nitpicking.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, colazione non male ma poco fornita.
Bella la vista su Seoul dai piani alti.

Cons:

Camere piccole, la possibilità di non poter avere la colazione se non all’orario indicato di apertura della sala. Per chi viaggia ed ha un aereo molto presto anche avere qualcosa in camera sarebbe utile, mi capita spesso di viaggiare ed hotel molto meno preparati del Gracery solo stati disponibili sotto questo aspetto. Peccato.

毎日快適で楽しく過ごせました‼︎ また利用したいです
Pros:

日本語が堪能なスタッフさんばかりでコインランドリーの使い方がわからなかった時も丁寧に教えてくださいました！トイレもお風呂も綺麗でストレスなく快適に過ごせました！

Cons:

別に気になる程ではないのですが、フロアがハイチュウのブドウ味の匂いがします笑 (客室内は全然しません)
