Pros:

La vue de la chambre (19ème étage), la literie confortable, l'emplacement.

Il a fallu mettre nos bagages en consigne (à la réception) alors que nous étions arrivés seulement 15 mn avant l'horaire du check-in !
Nous devions partir à l'aéroport à 7h15. Le petit déjeuner commence à 7h30. Malgré avoir payé le petit déjeuner, on nous a refusé de nous donner une breakfast box ou de nous rembourser malgré nos demandes répétées.
C'est tout simplement inadmissible pour un hôtel 3 *** !

A very good hotel in a very convenient location for Seoul.
The room is comfortable, very well-equipped, and all the materials used are of high quality. The bed is very comfortable, and the view—seen through a glass wall—is quite unique.
The staff are extremely polite, and the breakfast was the best we experienced during a 15-day trip to Japan and Korea. It was the only hotel that ensured a sufficient selection of Western-style breakfast items, and the quality was consistently excellent.

Cons:

The only difficulty we encountered in the room concerned the control panel for the air conditioning and lights, which was not very user-friendly. I would have preferred physical switches for the lights.

Cons:

追加料金の案内が、もう少し不快にならないように伝えてもらえたらよかった。追加料金がかかる分を払うことは全く問題視していないのに、繰り返し言われると気分が良くなかった。

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was spacious and had lots of extras. The location was good as well - walking distance to many things and a short taxi ride from others. Very clean and we had an amazing view. Also the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Beds are a little harder than we like, but this is common in Japan and Korea. Also there was often some kind of loud activities outside on the evenings that could be heard, but I think this is more due to timing of when we stayed.

Good and happy with the hotel rate offered.

Room clean but slightly on the small side. Location is good

Cons:

Frankly don't particularly like the reception to be on the 11th floor. I only wish we don't have to daily go to the 11th floor to request for extra sachet of tea or coffee. Prefer to have the shower head to be installed above the bath tub. Had to use the shower head that is attached for the japanese style of bathing.

初の韓国旅行で滞在しました。お風呂トイレが別なのがよかったです。フロントも部屋も清潔でした！チェックイン、アウトもタッチパネル(日本語Ver.あり)で簡単でした。スタッフさんも皆さん日本語話せる方ばかりで丁寧に対応してくださいました！チェッイン前とチェッイン後もフロントにロッカーがあってそこに預けられたのも便利でした。私は食べなかったのですが、チェックイン時に追加料金払えば朝食も追加できる感じでした！

Cons:

ソウルと明洞の真ん中あたりにあるので立地が最優先の方には向いていないかもと思いました！

Cons:

清掃に関するマグネットが3枚ありました。私たちは部屋の中に入られることが嫌だったので、清掃なし・タオル等のみドアノブにかけてくださいというマグネットを貼り出掛けました。帰ってきたら、部屋の中に入られていることがすぐに分かりました。清掃なしにしたにもかかわらず清掃されていました。清掃はありがたいことですが清掃なしのマグネットで意思表示しているのにもかかわらず中に入られたことに不信感を覚えました。入られることなどないと思っていたのでキャリーケースも開けたままにしていていやな気持ちになりました。
