The staff were dismissive and rude. They also gave me a room that didn’t match what I paid for and I had to request a change.
The elevators took a long time to arrive.
The breakfast wait was long and they allowed others to skip the line.

Cons:

흡연가능이라 표시되어 있어서 예약했는데 전객실 금연에 발코니가 잠겨 있었음. 흡연가능 표시 삭제해야 할 듯.

Great experience
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff (Helen) were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the whole trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was also delicious with many choices. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience -would definitely recommend and come back again!

Very nice stay . Beautiful riverfront location next to Vincom plaza. .
Pros:

I am still at the hotel writing the review. Am very happy to stay here for 4 nights per my friend's recommendation. My panoramic room has a terrific view spanning from thr Dragon bridge to the Han bridge. A small balcony with a drying rack is a nice touch for small item. Everything is squeaky cleanp. The service at the Han River 1 for lunch is superb. The set lunch sea bass meal is very good. At 450000 VND minus 150000 VND hotel guest discount is a bargain for a seabass dish including bread,salad and an excellent desert.
Few things to note are employees shouldn't be arguing loudly during the breakfast buffet. Also who comes up with a tiny comb in the amenities set. It's as long as your middle finger.
Special commendations of excellent performance to Miss Hieu, Hương , Tri ,Binnie and Miss Binh at the soup station
As I am trying to get coffee but there's a long line, I mention to Miss Huong that the coffee station is too busy, Miss Hương immediately ask me how I would like my coffee and offer to bring it to my table.
I will definitely stay here again

Me and my wife are Jain and had dietary restrictions.. we did not eat onion garlic potatoes as Jain Food

Ms. BINNIE was great and helpful at the restaurant during our Breakfast time. She very nicely looked after our Jain Food.. She made sure that we get good Jain Food. She asked our choice and checked with Chef and ensure that Chef makes Jain Food as per our requirements.

I was really impressed with Ms. BINNIE as in a country outside India the restaurant staff was equally keen to serve serve Jain customers with full dedication....

Not only her but all the breakfast staff was very excellent in their service and always on the toes to help quickly!!!

Superb stay!!! The location of the hotel in front of river is excellent too... we had a nice Riverview room... the room was very nice upto the 5* standard

Highly recommended!!
I would surely stay here again!
