We loved denang, we loved Vietnam, would return to the Hotel.
Pros:

Room/suite was large, very well appointed with great sleep quality. Our room overlooked the river. Very nice property within walking distance of the dragon bridge.

Cons:

There was a lot of coach parties coming and going which caused much congestion at the front entrance, which was a nuisance.

Flawless, Brilliant, Highly Recommend!
Pros:

The staff is always above and beyond. Very hospitable and well trained in all aspects of hospitality. It definitely has a Ritz Carlton - Four Seasons feeling. Diego - intern from Spain was a pleasure to connect with and the entire staff was overly accommodating. Melia is always fantastic.

Cons:

Nope - if anything, other hotels can learn from this property. FLAWLESS execution!

Gorgeous hotel, great staff, great breakfast and great 37 floor restaurant!

Brian was so wonderful at the front desk. The hotel was gorgeous I’m definitely going back!

Virkelig et dejligt ophold!
Pros:

Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende! Beliggenheden var god og udsigten, især om aftenen, var fantastisk! Værelset var stort og rummeligt med en virkelig god seng og smuk udsigt.

Cons:

Vi savnede lidt mere “by” i området omkring hotellet. Her skulle man gå over broen (700 meter) og over på den anden side eller tage en Grab mod stranden.
