Nhân viên lễ tân hơi lóng ngóng, tôi đã nói rõ là tôi đã check in xong từ lúc 13h, và 14h45 tôi quay lại chỉ để lấy thẻ phòng tuy nhiên nhân viên này vẫn làm việc khác rồi chạy đi chạy lại và yêu cầu tôi phải chờ đợi, sau đó bỏ đi chỗ khác 😥, tôi đành phải chuyển quầy để nhờ hỗ trợ. Tôi đoán được có thể đây là nhân viên đang thực tập nên tôi rất thông cảm tuy nhiên khách sạn không nên bố trí nhân viên mới đứng tại quầy, nên có người hỗ trợ nếu đang học việc.
Nghe giọng là người tỉnh khác không phải người Đà Nẵng. Cách nói chuyện của bạn này làm tôi cũng cảm thấy không được thoải mái.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar vielfältig, jedoch wird es regelrecht überrannt von den Besuchern. Rauchen ist nur vor dem Hotel erlaubt (auf dem eigenen Balkon nicht). Es gibt zwar eine Küche im Zimmer, jedoch darf diese nicht benutzt werden.

The outside pool is large but the loungers were all often taken which was a shame.

Beliggenheden kunne være bedre - det var ikke et hyggeligt område så man skulle bruge grab men altid nemt at få fat på.

If you like sleep DO NOT stay here. Moved rooms THREE TIMES and all 3 nights my baby, husband and myself were forced awake ALL NIGHT. The sound of drilling into concrete or the loud sharp noise of hammering, constant vehicle beeping. There was no noise buffer despite being on floor 31, floor 27 and floor 25. To add, the beds are as hard as laying on the ground.

We were also over charged THREE TIMES the amount, and let me tell you the FIGHT hubby and I had to put in to get refunded. It’s very alarmang when a hotel is being dishonest. Also, ensure you have your physical card present upon checking in - they supposedly need it to confirm your booking because apparently matching your passport isn’t sufficient. Almost got told we weren’t allowed to stay because we didn’t have our physical card - had to sign some waiver to confirm I am me despite providing my passport to match the booking name.

Despite my incredibly long list of terrible experiences from this hotel over my 3 night stay - the best I got was a “sorry can’t help you” which felt like an Insult.

Hotel has the feeling that the staff aren’t equipped with the skill set of personalising or caring about your experience. Feels like they know bare basics human interaction and are almost overwhelmed by the amount of people they have to attend to.

Such a shame as the rooms are nice and modern, relatively clean with a good gym & kids zone. You just don’t get to sleep all night, don’t expect any help throughout your stay, and be sure you triple check what you’ve been charged in case you get tripled charged like we did.

My door card doesn’t work after check in. The staff comes up and took the key to fix. I have been waiting for 45 mins and there is no one comes back, I had to go down and get reception to issue a new card. The elevator queue is so long, and packed with people. It is definitely not the great experience, and I rated this hotel at the bottom of all hotels I stayed inside and outside Vietnam.
