Speisen und Getränke in den Restaurants zu angemessenen Preisen und auch schmackhaft - gute Auswahl !

고객 서비스 수준이 매우 낮고, 글로벌 체인 호텔이 아니기 때문에 로비 직원들의 영어 소통 능력도 부족한 편입니다. Hilton이나 Novotel과 같은 호텔을 이용하시는 것을 권장드립니다. 또한 전반적으로 매우 청결하지 못한 상태입니다. 청소를 제때 해주지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 고객을 무시하는 태도를 보입니다.
The level of customer service is very poor, and since it is not a global chain hotel, the staff at the lobby have limited English proficiency. I would recommend staying at hotels such as Hilton or Novotel instead. Additionally, the overall cleanliness is quite unsatisfactory. Not only do they fail to provide timely cleaning, but they also show a dismissive attitude toward customers.
