The room we took was very spacious, spacious bathroom.

Very good breakfast, multiple cuisine options, was looking forward to breakfast every morning. Actually the best hotel breakfast during the 3 week Vietnam trip.

Had children playroom, swimming pools and small pools for children.

Cons:

The children playroom might benefit from renewal, though they had multiple toys, good selection, not excellent.

Swimming pools are not heated.

Laundry services are per item, which makes it expensive, especially compared to boutique hotels where prices are per kilo. However, there's a laundry service within 10 min walk.
