Amazing Value for Money
Pros:

the room size was perfect, the staff was very helpful, the hotel restaurants had good buffet, the massage at the spa was amazing. prices at the facilities are acceptable. i would certainly recommend to my friends.

Cons:

the bunker bed for the kids was not really the safest, the stairs were too steep, and when you go to the top bunk you can reach the ceiling where they had exposed electrical wires. this needs to be made safe.

Convenient location. Very comfortable room
Pros:

Excellent location. Our room faced the Han river. Beautiful view at night when the lights on the bridge and the surrounding buildings come on. Shopping centre next door. Walking distance to dragon bridge. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

Unfortunately our room overlooked a major traffic junction so we were disturbed by the traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the traffic noise
