Pros:

we loved the accomodation, it had every thing you need, plus location was owesome and the view of ballons was great from the room and hotel terrace itself.

Schön gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Überblick auf die umliegenden Täler. Teilweise in den Fels gebaute Zimmer, diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne sonnige Terrassen, dort kann man auch Essen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und schön angerichtet

Cons:

Das Personal ist etwas nachlässig was die pflege/ Instandhaltung des Areals betrifft. Die Gartenmöbel waren mit Planen überdeckt, es wurde der Schmutz nicht weggeputzt. Die sitzpolster waren teilweise dreckig.
Es hat in unser Zimmer herein geregnet, weswegen wir in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen mussten.
Obwohl wir Angaben dass unser Zimmer gereinigt werden soll, ist die nicht geschehen

I particularly enjoyed the unique experience of staying in the cave rooms, which made the visit truly memorable. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a great start to each day. Although the terrace was not fully finished, it was still pleasant to use, and the rainy weather made this understandable. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience.

Cons:

Overall, everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection in our room. As it was located on an underground level, the signal was quite weak and there was limited connectivity.

View from terrace was exceptional. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful. Great free parking that is easy to locate.

Cons:

Not to be stingy with breakfast eggs and side dishes. Each guests should be served their own portion of eggs and 4 guests should not be served only 2 person portion of side dishes. Bread should be heated and coffee should be free.

AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL
Pros:

I frequently visit Cappadocia for business and always stay at this hotel. I've found my home in Türkiye. It's a fantastic hotel, with an extraordinary view and a very competent team. As always, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
