Pros:

Incroyable !
La chambre cave room est superbe, immense avec une salle de bain magnifique et un jaccuzi dans la chambre
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et vraiment très copieux, la vue des différentes terrasses pour voir la vallée et les montgolfières le matin, le staff est sincèrement adorable
C'est de loin le meilleur hôtel, le + dépaysant et le + beau qu'on ait eu lors de notre séjour en Turquie et pourtant pas le + cher
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Tout ça à proximité des lieux d'attraction sans le bruit et l'agitation de goreme qui nous semble beaucoup trop touristique et surpeuplé

Месторасположение топ. Находится прямо под крепостью в Учхасаре. Вид шикарный. Номер также меблирован и обустроен хорошо, все новое и чистое. Красивая подача завтраков

Cons:

Завтрак на 4 человека ровно такой же как на двоих. Мы каждый раз с мужем уходили голодные, тк завтрак отдавали полностью детям, его недостаточно на 4 человека. При этом соседним столам подавался такой же по составу завтрак на 2 человека.
В пещерном двухкомнатном номере становится влажно в первую же ночь. Он не может проветриться до конца, очень пахнет сыростью.
За время нашего пребывания первые дни был риск дождя и все декорации убрали с террасы. В последние дни уже было известно что завтра полеты шаров будут, и я спросила, будут ли на утро декорации и ковры на террасе. Работник ответил, что нет, это очень долго и тяжело, он не будет этим заниматься. Поэтому красивых фото на террасе мы не сделали, тк персонал посчитал это ненужным.

A small lovely boutique hotel with a wonderful view!
Pros:

The view is simply exceptional. In the morning you can see the hot air balloons write in front of you. The three terraces are very nice and well furnished. Our room (105) was beautiful and spacious with an amazing bathroom. My children were in room 102 that was smaller but still nice with a lovely bathroom. Also room 110 was not as big as ours but either way a lovely terrace (which was a not very private though).
One only issue to consider is that the hotel has many steep steps to go to your rooms, which might not be suitable for all.

Cons:

The WiFi was not too good. They asked everyday if we wanted the rooms to be cleaned, which was an odd question. However they always cleaned them after our confirmation.

Pros:

The views were amazing. They lived up to our expectations, the location is probably the best in the city. Our room was clear and comfortable. We had great views to the balloons.
Ibrahim was an amazing host, very kind and helpful. Tuana made us an amazing dinner and the breakfast was also mindblowing.
Highly recommend to stay!

Pros:

At first the internet and air conditioning didn’t work, but the staff fixed it for real quick. This bnb is clean and comfortable. The room is big and the bed is good. Bathroom is also clean and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but maybe can add various kinds of food.
There is a little bit different between the photos online and the actual room, it’s still nice though.

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch. Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lecker und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Pros:

One of the most important things that made our time in Cappadocia unforgettable was the Dream of Cappadocia Hotel. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the warm welcome, professional service, and hospitality. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The breakfast was wonderful, both in taste and variety.

Thanks to the hotel's atmosphere, the view, and the smiling faces of the staff, we felt special. We didn't just stay in a hotel; we were treated like we were at home. It will be our only choice when we return to Cappadocia. We thank the entire team for their hard work and attention. I definitely recommend it!

Pros:

The room decoration was nice and the overall setup was fine. The view was a highlight and really added to the stay, along with a great location that made it easy to get around. Breakfast had a wide spread with plenty of choice, which was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we ended up quite disappointed with how some issues were handled. The staff were friendly, but our concerns often didn’t feel like they were taken seriously.

The air conditioning was displaying an error and was not working properly. We reported this multiple times and were repeatedly told that a technician would come and look at it, but this never happened during our stay and the issue remained unresolved.

There was also a termite issue in our room. After reporting it at night, we were offered a downgraded room for one night. However, our original room was not treated until we raised the issue again later the following day. We then returned to our original room and stayed there for the rest of our trip, during which we continued to hear scratching noises coming from the wooden panels. While some action was eventually taken, the issue never felt fully resolved.

The room also lacked anywhere to hang towels, which made it feel less functional than expected. We also experienced inconsistent water temperature and water pressure in the shower throughout our stay.

Overall, while there were aspects of the hotel that we liked, we were disappointed by the way these issues were handled and by the lack of follow-through after multiple assurances that they would be resolved.
