WE were there for one night, good location and overall verynice with friendly staff
Pros:

Room was good but not what i would describe as delux although that is what we booked. Kettle but no coffee, milk etc.
Breakfast very good/

Great value, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional. Room and bathroom clean and modern. Ample breakfast assortment. Very good value for the money (February). Will definitely go back.

Cons:

Breakfast host was far from warm and fuzzy.

Cons:

Es un hotel con 4 estrellas pero en mi opinión debería tener 3.
No hay rampa para las maletas en la entrada con varias escaleras que hay que subir. Las habitaciones no tienen una nevera para guardar algo para comer ya que no tiene restaurante. Solo hay un minibar vacío y que no enfría. La habitación no tiene ni un cajón para guardar tus cosas. La ducha se llenaba de agua enseguida por drenar mal y tampoco se puede tirar el papel higiénico por el wc, que se que pasa en muchos sitios pero no en hotel de 4 estrellas. Para entrar a la piscina tienes que pasar por la ducha y pisar dentro del agua ahi estancada de la gente.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to old town, harbour area, with lots of bars and restaurants very close by and a Pingo Doce supermarket around the corner. I very much enjoyed my 3-night stay here.

Cons:

Fridge, Kettle and cups in room but no tea or coffee?

Lovely hotel and would stay again
Pros:

Room was plenty large enough for the two of us and was always nice and warm. Breakfast was not a huge choice but what there was was very well done.

Cons:

The toaster is a waste of time and needs to be upgraded.
