Good location, close to main area of town.

Just back from ten days with my daughter ..... great place to stay ..... location ideal as literally a three min walk to centre of alvor .... great supermarket 2mins away
Hotel itself is very clean and most of staff super friendly and helpful ....... pool bar serves tasty snacks ......
We had a studio room which was perfect for us ........ my only issue would be with the room towels ....... theres not enough of them especially when sharing a room with teen who needs them ALL !!!!! 😂
Overall a great stay and hope to revisit again !!!!!!!

Great hotel. Perfectly situated for walking to Old Town ...beach + harbour. Always book a Premium twin room ..amazing views ...very spacious. Stayed here many times . Staff very pleasant . Only downside this time hot breakfast items could be warmer . Pool also needs a clean .

Just had a weeks stay in this hotel. Smaller than we assumed from the photos but absolutely lovely, clean, fresh and the staff were amazing from the cleaners to the reception. The hotel was quiet which we really liked, no noisy people at 2 in the morning. The breakfast was a traditional buffet breakfast which was also lovely. Easy walk into the center and to the beach, would stat there again and would recommend to a friend.

Central location, nice big rooms and large walk in shower, lovely staff. Rooms have little storage for clothes, two bedside tables and a table under the TV but no drawer space with either. Wardrobe minimal and not room to put a full length dress. Large mirror situated at back of wardrobe. Pillows not comfy although bed was. Walk in shower roomy and powerful but mouldy along bottom of shower screen. Minimal bath towels, why not bath sheets? Pool area nice, not enough sunbeds, needs more parasols as only static raffia ones at a few of the beds. All in all needs a bit of a refurb. This did not really affect our holiday in Alvor as we were out and about a lot. Alvor is beautiful. Lovely people and plenty restaurants and pubs. However I think the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star.

Very Central. Superb Staff. Stayed a week at this hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and towels changed everyday. Pool and bar area are superb. Breakfast was great. We will return. Thank You Neusa Rocha and all of your staff. Restaurants and Bars less than a 5min walk away.

Here we are back again this is a lovely hotel clean , tidy spacious room very good housekeeping, staff are excellent and never without a smile. Location is wonderful just a short walk to town . No issues with sunbeds got one always . Would happily return well done

Our first time in Portugal - we loved Alvor, it just suited us. With regard to the hotel, main points as follows:
Location: very good - just a short walk to the centre.
Room: pleasant and clean, though the balcony was very narrow.
Breakfast: Light and airy room with an acceptable choice for breakfast (coffee not great)
Bar: small - not somewhere where you would want to sit and relax with a drink.
Pool area: small and limited loungers (loungers were generally reserved early morning with hotel not enforcing its policies.
