Super friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and family. Thank you so much! Close to everything we wanted to do. Day markets, n8ght markets, cable car experience, GO!, Falat Opera House. Definitely will be back!!

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold på the Luxe hotel, og det levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger! Udsigten og værelset var præcis som på billederne.
Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende.
Det eneste lillebitte minus var at vi selv måtte henvende os i receptionen for at få mere toiletpapir, men ellers var det helt fantastisk.

Clean and modern restroom, but the mainroom floor was no clean.

Spacious room size and bathroom was very big and clean

Only complain was bed bugs. My son & I got bitten so bad. Our legs were swollen and red.

One of the cleaner hotels. You can smell the bleach pretty heavily upon initial entry to the room. Probably the only negative.

I recommend checking into this hotel at precisely 2pm, because you’ll have to wait until then jo matter what. I’d use this hotel again for sure.

Very good for what it is, it is not a 5 star hotel or anything. The room itself looks very modern but we had a lot of little bugs on our desk. Didn’t bother me too much as long as it wasn’t near the bed. But other than that, theres not much else.

Highly recommend. What an amazing property. I delighted to share with all of you my experience. I booked a family room for 4 people, a reasonable price. Overall is good, the hotel located near night market. It takes about 3 km to go there. More over, The room is clean and roomy. We had a great vacation with 3 nights there. The staff is helpful, friendly and enthusiatic. Special appreciation for reception desk. They are professional related to check in and check out process. I hired the motobike for 4 days to sightseeing Dalat. Motorbike is so convenience to visit anywhere Đalat. Breakfast was few dishes but quite good and taste. I think beakfast should be more various choices. I definitely will come back soon. Thank you so much for giving me a great experince. Love you all!!!

중고생 2명이 있는 가족여행의 숙소였습니다. 3개의 침실과, 2개의 화장실이 있는 패밀리 룸입니다. 룸상태 아주 좋고 깨끗합니다. 주방에도 깨끗한 식기와 전자렌지가 있어 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 조식은 그럭저럭입니다. 코로나 19로 여행객이 줄어 쌀국수, 빵들만 있었습니다. 다른 날에는 몇가지 더 있는거 같습니다. 좀 아쉬운 점은 주위에 신축하는 건물들이 많아 시끄럽습니다. 엘리베이터 바로 앞에 있는 방이라 문 열릴때 띵동하는 소리가 초인종 소리인줄 알고 헛갈렸습니다. 주위에 간단히 맥주를 살수 있는 현지 마트가 있습니다. (구멍가게) 빅씨 마트까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. (10분내 거리) 전반적으로 만족한 숙소 였습니다.

Do not let any hotel photos from online booking platforms misleading your choice. This hotel is run down even though only opened for over a year. Mold is badly in the room. We chose premiere family room which is very big, 60sqm, but empty space makes no sense. It has strong odor mold smell. If you open the windows, you wouldn’t stand for the noise because of the main road and giant electronic store next to it. I ended up checking out after 1 night even though booked for 2 nights. Staff was unfriendly, unattentive, make me feel unwelcome entire stay.

the location of the hotel is strategically good, the first hotel in the way of you decide to take free bus shuttle. along the road, which is not really good for rooms especially those located facing the side of the road. we booked for 2 bed suite which is super spacious, comfy with everything you need ( fridge, dining table, fridge) however since there r no ACs we kept windows opened which gets bit chilled during night as temperature goes down up to 12degrees the noise of cars, bikes, tracks and buses can be heard whole night long, due to which after 1st night we had to ask to relocate us into 2 separate rooms luckily they arranged that at the back side with no rad access and due to which we could sleep well staff is very polite and happy to assist anytime.
I had a slight issue with wifi connection in new room for which staff straight away arranged the portable router. however may be better to fix the connection as wont be very comfy for all customers at the same
time.
good breakfast with noodle soup, variety of sweets and vegetarian options as well.
in case you decided to go to the places of sightseeing you can grab any public taxi ( staff is very helpful to give a call and it will be there in 3 min) and price is very reasonable.
weather is amazing with fresh air due to being surrounded by mountains. night market as well is good to visit. the most cheapest we think so far that we 've seen in Vietnam.
another pick of the trip is that we fiubd an amazing local cafeteria called Seoul is right across the might market street with the best and cheapest Kimchi soup👏👏👏
Ps. good choice of TV channels in the hotel which compare to other cities if Vietnam is the best.

Room was acceptable,nice view, breakfast was excellent. In the other way, attitude of front desk was disappointed and they were not helpful at all. We asked for a pharmacy and the girl just showed us the wrong way. We had to walk under the heat for 30 minutes for nothing. Not sure if we will come back again.

There was an issue with clenliness when we first checked in but this was resolved quicly by the hotel staff.

The only thing that left me quite annoyed was the parking issue at the hotel, we were constantly told to park across the road when there clearly was parking beneath the hotel.

On many occasions we told staff that because we had young children it was too dangouros to cross the busy roads, this request was ignored until a fomal complaint was made to hotel management.

Honestly i really like staying at this hotel ( i have stayed here many times before) but this experience has left me thinking twice about rebooking this hotel.

Shower water pressure and temperature were great. I do wish they had air conditioning- you can open the windows but it lets in mosquitoes and sometimes is really windy so windows slam.

Stayed at the Luxe two nights. The hotel is very simple. The only good thing is that it is clean. The front desk was not very welcoming or helpful, the shower didn’t have hot or even warm water which was frustrating after doing a day tour to come back and have to take a cold shower, the buffet breakfast was also not very good - it was almost like the food was leftover from the day before. On the second morning I just opted for eggs and bread and the bread was completely stale we ended up just going elsewhere to eat

The hotel location is good, near from BigC. We got the problem when we arrived the hotel. First thing, the room is not ready for us because there are some water on the floor from ac. The floor is dirty and very tough, flush toilet is broken. We call staff for fix the problem and ask them to change the room but cannot because of fully booking in our room type. We was very dissapointed at all and got many apologised from the staff. The bathroom design is very nice. Youtube can playing on television. Breakfast is not much various to choose but tasty. We ask some staff for motercycle for rent and the staff was helping us to got our motercycle. The security guard was very good helping and friendly. We stayed here for only 1 night and when we leave here and ask the staff for call the taxi for us, they were very helping.
