Pros:

I was allocated to room 314 , no water for customer on the table. I wake up on the 17 July 2026 at 4:03 and hot line of water was cold freezing. I went reception and i was told that it could be a pump which defective.. The staff knows of the problem but nothing is being done to rectify it . i call to speak to manager to no success. I will never set my foot to this hotel

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable value for mo ney

Cons:

Our 1st day the charging plus on our room wasn't working then the 2nd day we changed rooms then our kids room plugs were not working, 1st day breakfast my son just ate fruit salad and yogurt because he doesn't eat eggs and chicken livers so there is no variety in the breakfast

Friendly staff, good breakfast , and hotel is quiet, not forgetting cleaness.

Cons:

The location of the hotel, not easy to locate.The bathroom intermittently smells like someone is making a poo even when its not. The extractor brings smell from other bathrooms and smells unpleasant when it happens.
