Oldukça sakin bir alan sunuyor. Konfor ve temizlik konusunda da gayet yeterliydi. Tam kafa dinlemelik bir otel, teşekkürler!

Güleryüzlü ekip ile naif bir ortamda keyifli zaman keçirdik. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi ancak odalar bize çok küçük geldi. Yine de tercih edilebilir, tavsiye ediyorum

Güleryüzlü ve konuksever insanlar, harika bir kahvaltı, banyolar yenilenmiş, son derece temiz. Fiyat/performans puanı 10. Çok memnun kaldık

Stair lift didn't work. In poor repair generally and shabby in many areas.
Night cold and only 1 sheet.no extra bedding anywhere.
Bad design. Two steps to bathroom .ceilings rusty.
Pool not filled 2/6 .
View of roof from our floor, in bad repair.
Very poor in all aspects and poor breakfast.
On positive side two staff most welcoming .
Very outdated in all areas and even garden areas poor.
Would never recommend it

I've really enjoyed my stay in Hakan Otel. It is a beautiful hotel, situated away from the crowd along a river, but still very close to the beach. In just 3 minutes you are on the beach, even closer you'll find a supermarket, an authentic Turkish restaurant and a souvenirshop. Hakan Otel is very pretty, nice decorations on the walls, plants, trees and flowers everywhere, decorated pumpkins with lights in them. The bar and restaurant are situated next to the lovely swimmingpool. Rooms are small, but have big beds, a minibar and enough space to leave your clothes. The bathroom is spacious as well as the shower.
The hotel feels like your home because of the very friendly owner and staff. The Turkish breakfast is fabulous!
The hotel is also the home of some Housemartins, who fly over the hallways, over the swimmingpool and when enjoying your morning coffee, you will see them feeding their baby birds in their nests attached to the ceiling....

Hakan Otel’de 5 gece konaklama yaptık. Temizlik ve müşteri ile iletişim çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı güzel ve çeşitliydi. 4 gece için de akşam yemeği aldık. Akşam yemekleri de lezizdi. Bitez’e tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden tekrar konaklama yapacağız. Teşekkürler.

Güvenilir temiz ozenli. Çalışanlar cok yardimci oldular cikarken münibüse kadar esyamizi taşımamiza dahi yardimci oldular hic rica bile etmememize ragmen. Kaliteli hizmet ve kaliteli insanlar ile muthis bir konaklama oldu. Kahvaltisi serpme kahvaltı seklindeydi ve dolu doluydu. Havuzu tertemiz cicekler içinde bir bahce. Odamız tatlı ferah ve genişti. Duvarlarda sanatsal resimler vardi. Her kosesi bir sanat bir süs icerisinde. Sessiz sakin bir yerdi. Annemle cok rahat ettik. Hersey mükemmeldi cok tesekkur ederiz

Super friendly service, clean place and decent location. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. I agree with all the good ones. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was fast if you also need that during your stay. I would highly suggest you to stay here.

Balayı çiftiyiz, müthiş karşılandık. Güleryüzleriyle daha otele girerken kalbimizi kazandılar. Odalar temizdi, gerekli her şey vardı. Teknik herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Kahvaltı harikaydı, fotoğrafını ekliyorum. Yine gelirim ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

This was one of my best stays. The hotel is managed by some of the friendliest people. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The location is also great as the hotel is quite close to Bitez Beach. Would love to stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights for break and to do some business,the hotel was clean,friendly and suitable for families.I booked B&B for Avery reasonable price.Snacks and meals are available all day at a reasonable price.The staff are very helpful and give a good service.Whilst I was there one morning a small child fell into the pool straight away a staff member dived in and saved him.The rooms are clean and basic but that is reflected in the price.

I was the first to visit this season and this would probably be two weeks too early for most people.Korhan and his wife,Cansu made me feel very welcome and provided lovely breakfasts and a clean room,despite trying to get the hotel ready for the summer. Aided by Bulent,a family friend and fellow worker,they worked tirelessly to ready the pool and surrounding area,for future guests. I broke a tooth the day before my holiday and Korhan organised everything for me.Two trips to the dentist plus taxis. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and there are restaurants everywhere. Food is cheap, as are taxis. I arrived on March 29th and luckily had plenty of sun. All in all a good holiday enhanced by the aforementioned owners and their wonderful little puppy called Bitter. I was on holiday as a 72 year old single but was welcomed by all....Thank you all!

I went a little too early early in the season, but nevertheless, had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I stayed on a bed and breakfast option and the food and service were great. The hotel is family owned and run and is more their way of life than just a job. Preparations for the start of the season were ongoing throughout my stay,but I was given priority at all times. A lovely family and a good holiday.
