Pros:

The food was excellent as were the staff. Location was good: 5 minutes from both the beach and train station. The courtyard seated area at the front of the hotel was very attractive and relaxing with a drink.

Cons:

No kettle in the room. No fridge either. The shower was extremely small and outdated and the furniture needed up dating.

Desidero ringraziare di cuore tutto il team dell'hotel per la splendida accoglienza! Fin dai primi minuti sono stato accolto da uno staff molto gentile e cordiale. È stato particolarmente piacevole incontrare il personale ucraino, che con il suo sorriso, il calore e la sincera ospitalità mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie per la vostra disponibilità, la vostra attenzione e il comfort che offrite ai vostri ospiti.

C'è stato anche un momento che mi ha emozionato particolarmente: accanto al televisore, sulla parete, ho visto una mappa dell'Ucraina. È stato un gesto molto toccante e simbolico per me. Vi ringrazio sinceramente per questa attenzione e per il vostro sostegno. Spero davvero che questa mappa rimanga anche in futuro al suo posto, come simbolo di amicizia, rispetto e umanità.

Ancora una volta, grazie di cuore per la calorosa accoglienza, la splendida atmosfera e la vostra sincera ospitalità. Auguro al vostro hotel tanta prosperità, tanti ospiti soddisfatti e tutto il meglio!

Cons:

Vorrei lasciare un piccolo suggerimento. Nel complesso è stato tutto ottimo, ma ho notato che durante la doccia l'acqua finisce facilmente sul pavimento, bagnando gran parte del bagno. Forse vale la pena prestare attenzione a questo dettaglio, per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti ancora più confortevole.

Pros:

La struttura è semplice, pulita ed è in un ottima posizione .
Lo staff è molto gentile; la signora alla reception, il titolare Marco e Nino che molta pazienza anche la notte verrà ad aprirti. La colazione a buffet ben fornita ed è tutto molto buono. La mia stanza singola aveva tutto il necessario e non mancava nulla.
Sicuramente farò una buona pubblicità e ci ritornerò.

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, posizione buonisssima (a 5 minuti dalla stazione e 5 minuti dalla spiaggia), colazione a buffet abbondante e di buona qualità, camera e bagno forse un piccolini

Cons:

Direi tutto buono, forse il prezzo della camera un po alto ma in un week-end con Rimini Wellness e concerto di Vasco Rossi ce lo si può aspettare

Ottima posizione, colazione molto varia e molto buona, anche cena molto buona. Personale gentile e disponibile, parcheggio sul posto. A parte 2 cose che non mi sono piaciute sono soddisfatta del mio soggiorno in questa struttura 😊

Cons:

Bagno minuscolo, freddo in tutta la struttura (capisco che a maggio non si può accedere il riscaldamento, ma esistono anche dei termoconvertitori che aiutano ad avere la temperatura un po più confortevole)
