Clean and tidy, had everything we needed in our room. Staff were very professional and pleasant. Great location for exploring the local area and beyond.
Staff were extremely busy, but still efficient and polite, could have been due to the lovely weather or that it was a school holiday. Long wait for food and disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open. There was no mention it was closed on the website.
We love the location, Beddgelert is stunning, our rooms were lovely, though boiling hot.
The beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing.
On finding the rooms were sweltering hot on arrival we asked at reception if there were any fans we could use, we were told no...
Half of our party had virtually no sleep due to being far to hot, which was a shame as everything else was lovely.
Room 7 was unbearably hot, room 10 was fine, so i guess a few fans would be brilliant.
The room was so clean, lovely and cozy, upto date, location was spot on ! Breakfast was lovely!
TV wouldn't connect to Internet WiFi wasn't the best, food stopped at 9pm

Breakfast room was a very nice room and layout. Dinner was good, pity it wasn't in the same room as the breakfast. The bedroom was spacious and the refurb was excellent.
The staff weren't totally on the ball, either in appearance or the service they offered.
Really good location.
The staff were a bit slow. Took an hour to get out to get our breakfast. The bathroom in our room was pretty bad, it really needs a bit of a revamp and it will be lovely.
The central location, the awesome breakfast, the friendly staff, the great beer, the atmosphere (the locals like coming in just for a drink, which makes it really good for a convivial evening), the well-appointed rooms, the choice of evening food if you want it, and the decor (which is updated, but not horribly modern and soulless)
The wifi was pretty bad. It seems to be provided by some third party, who force you to sign up for "an account" to use it, and then it didn't actually function consistently enough to be able to use messaging apps to send any pictures. Discord just refused to use it at all. The car-parking, with it's overly complex technology that forced you to register your car every day with a third-party provider- it wasn't clear at what point in the day you had to register by, and the anonymous nature of the control left you constantly on edge as to whether you'd made it in time to avoid an unpleasant surprise being mailed to you.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast for us and the dog!
Our bathroom was in need of a little attention. Only cosmetic defects. It was spotless and everything worked as it should.
