Pros:

Φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο, είχε καφέ, τσάι, νερό και μπισκότα στο δωμάτιο! η παμπ απο κάτω ήταν οκ!

Cons:

Δεν μ άρεσε λίγο η μοκέτα στο δωμάτιο, είναι πολυκαιρισμένη! Overall μια χαρά!

We had a great stay exploring the area, however the weather wasn’t the best comsidering the time of year.
Pros:

Property was excellent, the pub and the rooms both were cosy and welcoming.

Cons:

Parking was a little busy at that time but overall no issue.

Cons:

No heating despite raising this with staff. They told me they would “reboot the system”. There was still no heat from the radiators the entire duration of our stay. Which wasn’t ideal for March!
Shower was intermittent and stopped for a good few minutes during mid hair wash which was an inconvenience!
Breakfast was questionable - 1 order was wrong, toast came out way before the rest of the breakfast and then a plate of just mushrooms & 2 eggs followed 😆🙈

Very happy with our stay and would return and recommend to others.
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating! We arrived late and were leaving early to climb Snowdon so would have missed breakfast but the lady on reception who checked us in told us to go in the breakfast room and help ourselves before leaving so we didn't feel we missed out.
Only a 7 minute drive from the Rhyd Ddu path which was an added bonus for us!

Cons:

Was happy with our stay, not much to comment on for improvement.

Pros:

The saracens head room was amazing,breakfast was fantastic but bar staff on the night were way too slow.

Would return, Love the place alot, Reccomend!

Amazing location, Lovely rooms, food was amazing.

Cons:

Blinds didn't fit the windows, so light was coming through all night due to the lights on the walls outside(have attached a photo that was taken at 10pm) Walls very thin with music going on till late

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Excellent location. Dog friendly and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Bit of a wait for evening meal and parking limited but managed to get a space in the car park. Having breakfast from 7.30am would have been better as we had an early start planned to hike the beautiful location.
