Cons:

Check-in and service. I was waiting 20 minutes for a member of staff to pause serving drinks to all the people turning up to the bar as I waited. Breakfast itself was OK but it took a long time to be served.

The rooms were fantastic, spacous and nicely decorated. Very comfortable room

Internet was hit and miss and the shower only ran cold but the bath was good lots of hot water

Great facilities but staff need leadership, training and support.
Pros:

Rooms and location were fabulous. Clean and lovely decor.

Cons:

The staff need extensive training. Whilst friendly they lacked the basic professionalism required for hospitality. There was no evident leadership and to sit and have breakfast whilst listening to the kitchen staff bitch about their jobs and bosses is inappropriate.
The breakfast room lacked any atmosphere and felt like being at a Wake.

Friendly stay
Pros:

Although some of the furniture needs TLC the staff makes up for it. I had a horrible day, missed my flight, had to sleep in the airport when I made it to Saracens breakfast service had ended but the owner still served me a full English breakfast so I could go hike Snowdon. The other staff member I interacted with later that evening was also very friendly.

Pros:

Schön gelegen in Snowdonia, Personal mit zwei jugendlichen Männern etwas überbelastet bei dem Ansturm aufs Essen Abends. Haben sich aber viel Mühe gegeben!
Betten gut, Parkplätze hinter dem Haus, Preis Leistung OK!

Cons:

Zimmerfenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, daher sehr heiß im Raum!

Great for a couple of nights, would stay there again.
Pros:

Clean and tidy, had everything we needed in our room. Staff were very professional and pleasant. Great location for exploring the local area and beyond.

Cons:

Staff were extremely busy, but still efficient and polite, could have been due to the lovely weather or that it was a school holiday. Long wait for food and disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open. There was no mention it was closed on the website.
