Location is excellent - in front of the Galataport (restaurants and upscale open air shopping mall), lots of other restaurant options 5min walk, 10-15min walk from the ferries, tram stop 3 min walk that takes you everywhere in the old part (Fathi). Old town also easily reachable on foot (25min walk). 20min walk from Taksim square and Galata tower.
Breakfast selection was very good.
Personnel overall very friendly and helpful
Rooms were clean
Bathroom were recently renovated but furniture was a bit runs down
Location is excellent but at a busy street until late hours - not an issue for me but if you are too sensitive to noise … (it is hard anyway to find a good location in the central area of Istanbul that is not lively and noisy)

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle İlker Bey çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. İkinci gelişimizde de kendisinin orada olması bizi mutlu etti. Ilker Bey’e ve tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz.

The location is so nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast location has a a great view. The rooms were clean and we liked them.
