Excelente atención en la Recepción del Hotel. Personal muy atento. Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno exquisito en una terraza con vista al Bosforo.
great location for cruise ship departure. bellman helped take our luggage to the terminal. breakfast was very good. spent the evening walking around the area the first day.
when we arrived, was told our room was not paid for yet. showed credit card receipt and still wanted us to pay again, finally agreed that was prepaid in full

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend und vielfältig. Lage an einer gut befahrene Straße aber gut Schllisoliert. Für Kreuzfahrtfahrende Ideal: Einschiffungsterminal genau über die Straße.

Location is great, close main sightseeing locations, directly in front of the port, very convenient if you have a Cruise ship. Breakfast is nice with lots of varieties. Staff is helpful. Available parking with payment.
The location was great and close to Galatport and shopping areas. The staff were really friendly.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, where the reservation clearly showed 2 adults. I did not modify the number of guests. However, upon arrival, a staff member named Süleyman was quite rude and insisted I pay extra for the second person’s breakfast, saying it’s because I booked via Booking.com and not directly with the hotel.
Additionally, the room was disappointing, not clean, and the bed sheets were torn (photos available). Overall, the pricing felt misleading, as extra charges were added after arrival.
I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
