Pros:

Вежливый сервис, нас приветливо встретили на ресепшен, ответили на все наши вопросы, ночью заказали покушать в номер. Идеальное расположение для туристов, следующих далее на круиз, порт прям через дорогу

Cons:

Единственный минус этого отели- завтрак. Убор блюд ограничен, кофе не вкусный

We gingen daarna cruissen , 50 meter lopen en we konden inchecken voor de boot . Beter kon niet

My third stay at this wonderful hotel, and it never disappoints! An excellent location, genuinely warm and attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast at the restaurant with breathtaking Bosphorus views. A truly special place I’m always happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Amazing location & very quiet !
Pros:

Location! Just across the street from Galata port, 15 min walk to the Galata tower and 25 mins to Taksim square .

Cons:

Room had no view because it was a combined room so just a concrete wall! Spa facilities had very expensive prices for basic services and small area. The electricity would switch off automatically shutting off the AC during the night! Switches are confusing due to master switch controls all the light switches including the bathroom!
