De kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is goed met prachtig uitzicht over de Bosporus. Hotel ligt centraal, tram dichtbij en je kunt makkelijk naar diverse plekken wandelen.

The quality of furniture as well the service room and the food service for breakfast and dinner. I no have complaints about this hotel. I totally recommend it.
We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent - being in the Galataport area makes you feel very safe and there’s a lot to explore nearby. It’s also close to the main attractions, but without feeling crowded or overwhelming.
Our room was good and very quiet, as it was located on an alley, which we really appreciated. While it could feel a bit cozier with different decoration - especially to offset the fact that the immediate surroundings (as it was on an alley) aren’t the most attractive - it was still very comfortable and peaceful overall.
Breakfast was great, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to guest relations (Ayça Kolukisa) and all the reception and restaurant staff for their excellent service.
While our overall stay was very enjoyable, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room, although quiet and comfortable, could benefit from a cozier and more inviting decoration to enhance the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the immediate surroundings of the room (facing an alley) were not the most appealing, so some visual improvements or design touches could help offset that.
