I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the hotel management and the entire staff for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality during our stay. It was truly a wonderful experience in every way — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the attention to detail that made our stay so pleasant and memorable.

This was my second visit to the hotel, and it certainly will not be the last.

A very special thank you to the amazing Acya, who was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She took wonderful care of my mother and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay, showing genuine care and thoughtfulness.

I would also like to thank her for the beautiful gesture of preparing and decorating our room to celebrate my mother’s birthday. It was such a heartwarming surprise that made the occasion even more special and unforgettable for us. This level of care truly reflects the team’s dedication to making guests feel valued.

Thank you all for this beautiful experience. We will definitely be coming back again. 🌷

للاسف الغرفة كانت اطلالتها عبارة عن جدار عالي

I was very disappointed. I thought my second stay at the hotel would be special. I requested a room with a view and was informed that none were available, but I did not expect that upon arrival my room would face a high wall. I politely asked the staff if it was possible to change the room, but throughout the entire week I remained in the same room. Yes, this will be the last time I book here, as I know it was possible for them to change the room.

We arrived in Istanbul from Australia, after a total 28 hours flight,at 7.00 am.We did not expect we will be given a room right away, some hotels will let you wait until 2.00 pm.
That was a great relief cause we really need a rest and of course a bathe.Very recommendable.

مااعجبني تعامل الموظف اول ما وصلنا قال لنا في بس مكتوب اسم ضيف شخص واحد في الحجز وعشان ازيد بس اسم ثاني لازم تدفعوا 120 يورو رغم اني كنت دافع المبلغ كامل ل شخصين بس عشان زيادة اسم اضطرينا ندفع 120 يورو عشان اسم فقطط!!!!!
الشي ثاني كان في صوت مزعج طول الليل من التكييف وما قدرنا ننام زين .وبلغنا الاستقبال
