Please don’t let book thru MAJESTIC. It is considered to be a private apartment by a private owner which means it is not owned by the actual HOTEL. The owner was very rude. You have to call this number in order to go inside the apartment, the hotel management does not nothing to do with the booking. The apartment was not clean and did not smell clean. The owner sends you directions thru email or WhatsApp on what the apartments offers. He offered free WiFi however the password he sent was incorrect was he was acknowledged it was wrong he said it was a thecnicall issue, I myself decided to check the router and saw the password was completely different which made me assume he did not want us to use the WiFi. Please beware that in Expedia it tells you the apartments offers a lot activities the hotel offers however once I arrived the lady in check was rude and said only POOL AND JACCUZI, nothing else. I will not book thru MAJESTIC anymore because it’s not an actual company or hotel, the whole process was confusing and not explained which made my stay very upsetting, additionally EXPEDIA should be more self explained and detailed with the correction information about the process thru Booking, I felt very upset that in the detailed it said it offered many other stuff which it absolutely did not. To me I was fooled by false information. Never again will I book.
