Grand Memories Punta Cana All Inclusive

Too much to go into details over all is not for me

When the air conditioner was on we had a foul sewer smell in the room. Discontinued using air conditioner. Room 25213.

The restaurants were excellent, especially the buffet. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept, exception above. Water park was excellent. Would return.

The hotel it’s self if updated and new! The check in process was very smooth! We were traveling with family of 6 ( 2 adults and 4 children). The water park is great ( the life guards are useless as my husband and child almost drowned. One of the slide has a surprise fall with a pool deeper than was expected and while my husband was drowning the guard was just standing there. The options of pools are amazing where you don’t feel crowded. Rooms are also great and updated. The service at the restaurants was just terrible. It was hit or miss with the waiters and as long as you tipped you may get lucky. The food was not great, I got sick mid vacation and came home with nausea and diarrhea. You kitchen staff do not wear gloves ,i was getting spaghetti for my son and the staff grabbed it with his bare hands to serve.

It was not great, rooms are not that clean, the food was good that’s about it. Entertainment was ok. Please improve on customer service.

This was a perfect family getaway! The water park was great for the kids, the beach and pools were fantastic

We had a great time the people here are amazing especially Pablo, tutti fruity, Yokaina and Nicaury. The downside is the water is freezing and it is hard to enjoy it even with the nice weather. The waterpark also had cold water which surprised me since it was for kids and not even the jacuzzi had warm water. I would've recommended it if it at least had one heated pool or the kids side had warm water. Also the ceilings looked like it had a lot of moisture from the humidity and the light in the bathroom kept flickering. Honestly the best part were the employees not the place and the excursions are too overpriced. And the extra amenities are also too expensive.

The place was excellent. The staff was friendly and respectful.

The property is very clean and the staff courteous. The lunch menu can be improved by offering a larger variety but the breakfast buffet is on of the best I've ever had with a great selections.

Beautiful waterpark but we did the upgrade for the Royalton punta Cana this resort is 5 stars

The hotel staff is a little rude, nothing to worry about but it is something to be considered. The bathroom of the room had a blackish surface on the shower. The food was ok, the pools and the splash zone was great. In general we had a good experience but it is now a 5 star hotel.

I liked everything about this resort. The service, eating, pool, splash.

The food was not too good, they do not have variety

This is my second time here. It was great all the staff was super friendly and helpful. i must mention Yohaira from reception was great and Ramon from the kitchen was awesome. The water park is the best one here in DR i have went to several ones in the country all the slides are in very good condition. My room was super clean, the food was good, I definitely will come back again. Thanks for making my birthday weekend a very good one.

The hotel was very pretty, however the staff was ok and the entertainment team sucked. The whole time I was there I saw the entertainment team play 2 games all other times they just sat and talked among themselves. The main pool had a volley ball net which they took down early even though that was all people had to entertain themselves besides the music they played. Food was good but not many restaurants and the diamond club felt cheap.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I had such an amazing time.

The rooms are a little smaller than other resorts we have stayed in the DR...but they need us up to the Royalton so we were close to the beach and better restaurants..
