Very poor service and sad staff
Pros:

Good location. Bed comfortable. Air con was good

Cons:

The staff were very unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcomed. We weren’t shown to room. Early morning breakfast- we literally sat in the dark with no help from staff until it opened. Breakfast was less than average and serving area was dirty. The place is poorly kept with dirty silicone in bathroom, dirt marks on wall. If staff were friendly and welcoming we could have overlooked some of the concerns. The staff were miserable which left us leaving feeling sad. The photos are nothing like reality now. Should be hostel prices.

Pros:

Ce sont des voleurs, les chambres étaient insalubres et lorsque nous avons souhaité annuler notre réservation, le personnel nous a affirmer qu'aucun montant ne serait débité et que l'annulation était validée.
Nous avons été débité de plus de 130€
Après plusieurs messages, aucunes réponses de leur part
Des voleurs et des menteurs, je déconseille

Hôtel très bien placé, personnel serviable, literie confortable, pas de bruit de la rue.

Pros:

The location was ideal for exploring the old quarter.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful.
The doorman was usually too busy on his phone to notice people coming g to the door. The doorman wasn't about when we checked in, so we never had any assistance with our baggage.
The room was not well portrayed in the photos.
The bathroom roof was filthy and in need of a decent repair and paint. The mirror is delaminating. The person on the reception during the day was rude and unhelpful. When our room was serviced, we were left with no towels.when I saw the reception to ask for towels, I was told we had been given towels. I had to be quite insistent and told him we hadn't, and he was welcome to come and check there was infact no towels in the room.
The room was the most expensive we stayed in during our time in Vietnam but was one of the worst we stayed in, for both service and the facilities.
I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Out of order, everything
Pros:

Pretty good room. Well located. Lovely staff

Cons:

I would not pay extra to live here
This is not a spa hotel, the services were shut down. No sauna or anything. The gym is not as showed in pictures. The only treadmill they have is broken, so forget the gym competely. And for all these faults/reasons it’s not even close to worth it

We left early, so lost a lot of money sadly

Location is good, breakfast is average, facilities are clean, not all staff are easy to talk to.
Pros:

What I like best is the location of the hotel as it was just walking distance from all tourist spots.

Cons:

The communication as we were not informed immediately that they will not be able to give the reserved room I have paid for. And we have arrived so early in the morning 2:30am and the lady in the reception did not quite explained the reason to us.

Was ok but only because of the location.
Pros:

The stuff in the hotel was very helpful. The hotel is placed in old quarter from which is walking distance to many beautiful places

Cons:

The breakfast was very bad. No choice for vegetarians. In the restaurant smell was bad. We didn’t enjoy food there at all. I don’t recommend this place for any eating. We had a very small room for three people. The hotel need refreshment, definitely not what expected
