Wonderful hotel, amazing service, and truly one of the best locations in Hanoi — we would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and much nicer than what we normally book while traveling. Breakfast each morning was very good with lots of different options.

One of my favorite things was how helpful the staff were with transportation and trip planning. We booked several different rides through them, including transportation to Ninh Binh, airport transportation for my parents, and transportation when we left Hanoi. Everything was always arranged quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. They even arranged a private limousine service for us, which made traveling with our family so much easier.

The laundry service was also amazing. I was able to completely catch up on all of our laundry while we were there, which was such a huge help while traveling long-term with kids. The entire staff made everything very easy, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. It was more expensive than the places we usually stay while traveling, but the quality of the hotel and the level of service definitely reflected that.

Pros:

Location was just perfect, in the middle of the old city, surrounded shops and restaurants, but the room is quiet, you don't hear the noise. The receptionists were all Amazing, nice and helpful, really enjoyed our stay, the room was big enough and breakfast was good.

Very handy if you enjoy walking and looking around and taking in the sites - Shops etc
Pros:

It suited our purpose, clean and very good comfortable beds, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok for myself and daughter, not a hotel error, I wasn't very clear with front desk staff that we required a twin single when I made the booking.
