Pros:

Emplacement nickel et personnel sympa, accueillant, cela m'a bien rendu service de pouvoir prendre possession de ma chambre en fin de matinée.

Cons:

Le bruit qui venait du dehors, même avec fenêtre fermée...

Enttäuschend für den Preis.
Pros:

Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm.

Cons:

Ich wurde in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht, was mich störte, da es bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Es war ein Appartement-Zimmer mit Küche - dort war aber alles abgeklebt, da nicht zum Gebrauch bestimmt. Das wirkte alles wenig einladend.

Trip inn, but you'll want out quick.
Pros:

Little to like here. Served its purpose though.

Cons:

Fairly unprofessional staff. Just provided enough information to get by. Room was very small, with wooden floors. Building in general appeared cluttered. Distinctive smell of entire building. People (maybe staff) standing at entrance smoking, forcing you to walk through a wall of smoke.

Hated it ruined my daughters 21st birthday
Pros:

I am going to be complaining with booking. com we got put into the Bermuda hotel in which the lovely bar underneath us was a brothel disgusted we were my husband and I with our daughter and her partner went down stairs for her 21 birthday celebration to have a drink and got bombarded with prostitues offering their services saying go all together couldn’t get a drink, want a refund

They put us over a brothell and not in the hotel we had booked and paid for

Cons:

No habia agua caliente en la ducha y al preguntar me dijerin que ocurria porque eran muchas las habitaciines que se estaban duchando a las 19 h. No volvio ek agua caliente hasta la mañana siguiente. Pagar 200 euros y no disponer de un servicio tan basuco es insolito e inaudito. No debia booking com permitir una cosa asi

El hotel está muy bien, muy bonito y muy limpio. El personal súper amable y disfrutamos de un desayuno estupendo y muy variado.

Cons:

La zona, es tipo el barrio rojo de Amsterdam, llena de locales de alterne. Zúrich es una ciudad tranquila y no nos sentimos inseguros, pero al no saberlo nos chocó bastante. Pese a eso, el hotel merece la pena y está a unos 20 minutos del centro.

Location and price was good.

Cons:

It may be only us - but we saw a small bug on the desk. Also, it is a hotel so at least coffee, sugar, milk and kettle should be in all rooms.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Preis ist mehr als Fair.
