Pros:

Great central location and helpful staff.

Cons:

No frame to hold suitcase and no drawers to put things in.
Poor quality furnishing as shelf cover vinyl was coming loose.

A very good hotel, in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent staff, loved the decor throughout the hotel, great wee bathroom, superb value, ideal location

Cons:

The heating in the room was effective but far from silent so it ended up a bit chilly in the room. Also, the bedding didn't feel up to the cold season and I ended up doubling up the duvet, which would have been a problem if my husband had been with me. A spare blanket would have been a good addition. And I'm afraid to say that the breakfast could have been a bit better - with fresher foods. But overall I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I look forward to returning.

Ok hotel in Dundee
Pros:

Good location and big, clean, contemporary rooms. Good value. Very nice friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My room was freezing, which made my stay really quite unpleasant this time. And for some reason the doors were locked well before 8pm, which meant waiting outside in the pouring rain waiting to be let in. Bottom of the door to the room lets in a lot of light, and like many people I prefer to sleep in absolute darkness, so this isn’t ideal. No food served other than breakfast.
