It was as expected
The room was exceptional as were the lovely staff, we were given an early check in. The room was stunning. Very comfortable bed. The location right facing the V&A and the train station
No where in the bathroom to hang the hand towel or dressing gown. Apart from that there was nothing to complain about.
No breakfast
J'ai apprécié la localisation à côté du V&A, la gare et la rivière et j'ai ajouté une 3ème nuit. La chambre était ultra propre, lumineuse, avec isolation sonore. Le personnel était attentif et accueillant.

A very clean and spacious room in the perfect spot to explore all the Dundee offers. The breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.
A small fridge in the room would be useful.
It was the prime hotel for our conference. So location was the prime benefit.
The hotel description correctly mentions work on lifts might delay movement in the hotel. This work started in June 2025 and continues. The rooms have limited / no air conditioning. Our room was stifling. A small fan was provided.
This was our third stay at this hotel. It couldn't be any closer to the station and is a short walk from many of Dundee's attractions.
The room was comfortable and clean as usual.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff.
The bedroom and bathroom were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable
I asked for a room with a view over the Firth of Tay but I had a room at the side overlooking a car park
There was nowhere to get a meal in the evening so it was, in effect, a bed and breakfast place
At breakfast I asked for porridge, (in Scotland!) and was told they did not have it
I would not stay there again

Nothing good stay
Stayed here because hotels in St Andrew’s are too expensive. This hotel was good value and bus stop to Saint Andrew’s is right outside hotel. It is easy to walk to access the railway station just next to the hotel . There is no provision for dinner at the hotel. Though there is breakfast available I did not try it. The room had a fantastic view of the river and railway and was spacious with everything you might need eg hairdryer iron tea coffee facilities.clean and very modern. Minimalist decor.
