Pros:

Location and checking in was pretty good and the room was as advertised

Something minor they didn’t leave wash clothes for the shower other than that everything was great

Affordable with an excellent location.
Pros:

Amazing central location in the city! Major subways right around the corner to get you uptown or downtown in a straight shot. Most importantly I felt safe in this hotel and it was very clean! The room itself was clean along with the public areas.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected.

Die Lage

Cons:

Zimmer hellhörig, laute Klimaanlage (auch im off Modus). Was absolut gar nicht geht: DIE ROOFTOP BAR IST SO LAUT, DASS MAN ES 8 STOCKWERKE DARUNTER NOCH HÖRT. Dabei sind die teuren Zimmer mit Ausblick oben.

An Amazing New Year’s Eve Stay with Outstanding Service
Cons:

We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel with my daughter, and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, particularly Genessy, who from the moment we arrived, greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel welcome right away (sort of home away from home). The location is perfect, and our room had a perfect city view; it’s sort of your perfect way to start the day, too. Even though we were on a higher floor during a busy, celebratory holiday, the noise was minimal, making it very relaxing. After lond day, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
