Not worth the high price tag
Pros:

Comfortable bed and great view

Cons:

At check in my booking couldn't be found due to their new booking system. They gave me a new room which was not the same standard as what I paid for so I had to change rooms. The whole process took at least an hour. Went to go to the rooftop bar and was told there was a private event, not mentioned at check in. The room is tiny. The smallest I've ever seen and I am a NYC local. Woken at 2:30am by the nightclub music from the rooftop bar, I was 10 floors below so I can't imagine how loud it would be for the floors above me. I won't be staying again.

WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN NEW YORK AND I TRAVEL TO NEW YOUNG CONSTATLY. I should have stayed at the Motto

Nothing at all.

Cons:

There was constant water coming through the whole floor during my overnight stay. I was told it was fixed, they did not fix. I was told we couldn’t be moved to another room. Me and my daughter almost fell several times due to the wet floor. We were beyond uncomfortable. I paid upfront which I usually do when traveling they claimed they could not give me money off. Instead they offered me a $20 credit at their cafe. The staff is also rude not accommodating

Sehr modernes und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit super Aussicht (30. Stockwerk).
Tolle Bar und sehr nettes Cafe. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Betten sind etwas schmal aber komfortabel.

Cons:

WC war defekt, Sanitär-Ausstattung

Hotel bem localizado, prático, o quarto é bem funcional, e do meu quarto eu conseguia ver o empire state building.
