Pros:

Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing


I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary.

No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
