Pros:

We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent.

Brandnew resort at the bottom of sacred Cam mounta
Pros:

Resort is conveniently located at the foot of sacred Cam mountain, right at the cable car entrance. It's recently built so everything was in good condition. The room or actually bungalow was very spacious but the toilet was kind of small compared with the room size! Room was clean with cute decoration. However, the night we checked in, even though it was pretty late (around 9-10pm), but people were still doing karaoke very loud. Thanks God, about half an hour or one hour later everything was quiet as it should be! Staffs there were very nice and helpful. If you want to stay there as a base to explore nearby Tra su mangrove forest or Cam mountain then the resort is the best choice. Breakfast was good but limited in food choices.

Pros:

It was really grwat stay there for 2 nights!
If you have ur cell working there, u have no problem to communicate with the staff.
All of them are so kind and always try to help!
Real local nice and calm resort!
I am sure I will come back soon.
