The customer service is very responsive and very helpful and they were able to assist us and any questions we had.
Nothing, just the weather during the morning we were there (just kidding). Our trip end up very successful.

1. This hotel is very clean. It has a nice hotel lobby, restaurant cafe, and bed rooms.
2.I was able to add a sleeping mattress for my son to sleep in our room.
3. Shower and restroom were very nice and clean. This is specifically for hotels in the Philippines. After staying in a few hotels here you will understand why this is in a comment.
1. There is no elevator in the hotel. That is a boarder line rating of a 6 but this seems to be a common thing in the Philippines. Carrying a family of six, suitcases up three stories is not what I expected to do when booking at this hotel.
2. The first day the restaurant ran out of bacon. The second day still no bacon, then they ran out of bananas. I would expect a hotel restaurant that has limited items on a menu with limited hours of operation be able to manage their inventory of food.

Casa Veles offers nice, clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was nice, the restaurant offers a nice selection from their. menu. It is not a fancy place, but the accommodations are very nice. Excellent value.

I checked out of the hotel early. They were working on the room above me and it was extremely noisy. Other than that the hotel was great.

Generally ok for transient use but found it a bit pricey given the condition of the hotel. It’s also strange to find out that the deluxe room for twin beds is more expensive than 1 queen bed which is unusual practice in hotels. There was a little cockroach on the bed when I woke up in the miffed of the night. Food in their restaurant is pleasant.
Room was in very good condition. Very good air conditioning. Restaurant was good.
The staff were friendly and happy, especially the lady with the tribal tattoos. The bed was super comfy by Filipino standards.
Customer service is excellent and the food wonderful 👍
