Pros:

I arrived at the hotel with a colleague. We had booked seperately. They told him his booking had been cancelled and they had sent him notification, which he never received. They told me there was no booking for me, even when I showed the booking confirmation. THEY JUST SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS and were bot at all apologetic. I noticed today that my credit card has been changed for the booking that never existed according to them. I am disgusted.

They ruined our vacation. Never ever book with this property. Confirmed booking before two months and wheb we reached to hotel they said we don't know your booking information and our hotel is full now..

Pros:

Le propriétaire a prétendu qu’il ne louait pas ses ses chambres par Hotels.com. En conséquence il a insisté pour exiger un nouveau paiement de la chambre déjà payée.
Il a fallu résister à ses menaces et à ses mensonges alors que je lui présentais la réservation et le paiement de la chambre.
Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est très moyen.

Don't book here!
Pros:

We booked and prepaid for this hotel for 2 nights - turned up and we were told that there were no rooms for us and they don't use hotels.com anymore... we finally were found a room and told we could stay the 2 nights but the next morning were again told that we would need to find another hotel for the next night due to construction work being done (which was a lie as when I asked if we could leave our bags for the day we were told no we needed to be out by 11am obviously to be ready for the next people) - they did refund our second night but even that was a hassle as they tried to give us less than we had actually paid... I would not recommend this hotel at all...
