Room is clean but no soap at bathroom no hot water

Cons:

Staff is very good , in mid of Ella , Location is very good ,very helpful staff ,we are Jain not eat non veg and other roots so he provide cutlery foor make food

Breakfast and the services fantastic and when I was breakfast I forget to ask the omelette the person without asking me he served. Great job

Pretty good
Pros:

The hotel room was lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast was limited, the staff were not as friendly or helpful I’ve experienced in the rest of Sri Lanka.

Pros:

Just the location is prime.

Cons:

Rooms were not in great condition..the window and balcony door locks were broken. Also, doors had cracks at various places. Maintenance is poor...had it been a home stay or a 1* I would have given a better rating..considering it's so pricey, it wasn't worth the penny paid.
