Déplorable
Pros:

Après avoir réservé sur le site HOTELS.com, avoir eçu un mail de confirmation du site ainsi qu'un sms avec le numéro de réservation; je me suis présenté à l'accueil le jour prévu.
Et là, à ma grande surprise, l'hotel n'avait,soi-disant, pas reçu ma réservation et m'a, d'une manière à la limite de la politesse, fait comprendre que j'aurai du appeler et que de toute façon, ils recevaient un séminaire et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien pour moi, qu'il fallait que je vois ça avec le site!
Moralité: 4h de route aler et autant en retour pour rien!!
quand à la qualité de l'établissement, les photos sont trompeuses, le batiment principal est défréchi, et ce que j'ai aperçu des cuisines ne donne pas envie d'y manger!

Good servic but horrible hygiene and sanitation.
Pros:

The hotel is as good as what you pay. However, the most horryfying part was "COCKROACHES" in the room. Apparently the hotel saves on basic hygiene costs. The reception people told me to use an insect spray, which did not help. On arrival the reception was not aware of the booking theough Hotels.com and took 30 minutes to rezolve the issue. The staff is very genial but the hotel gives a general sense of decay. The beach front is let out to all and sundry on weekends including petty hawkers. Sadly the management has not taken advantage of the strategic location of the hotel to the fullest.
