Location staff cleanliness everything was beyond my expectations. hotel provide cab facility on very cheap rate.

Pros:

After struggling to find a place we booked hotel basant. When we turned up, we showed them our booking confirmation email and they told us almost every reason under the sun that we couldn’t stay there- our confirmation wasn’t real, there are no rooms, they don’t have our booking etc. Very unprofessional staff that made us feel insulted and angry. But perhaps it was for the best, as the photos make the property look a lot better than it really was. Would not recommend.
