Altro che 4 stelle, 3 sono pure troppe
Pros:

Struttura con una posizione comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro, a 2 fermate dal centro.

Cons:

Sono 4 stelle fintissime. Innanzitutto la pulizia pessima, pavimenti impolverati, sulla testiera del letto c'è la polvere del 2008, le piastrelle del bagno sono sporchissime di calcare.
Letti e cuscini abbastanza scomodi, ma questo può essere soggettivo. Foto fuorvianti in quanto ritoccatissime. Colazione appena decente. Staff poco cordiale e con zero voglia di rendersi disponibile ad assecondare le tue necessità (avevo necessità, a causa di un'escursione che avevo ad un orario molto presto, di fare colazione alle 6, quando l'orario era 7-10, e non mi hanno permesso di farla, nonostante la colazione preveda bevande erogate da una macchinetta automatica e cereali che sono lì esposti in dei contenitori 24 ore su 24. Cosa vi costava fare un'eccezione, tanto più che io la colazione l'ho pagata?). Inoltre il loro livello di comprensione e di parlare inglese è abbastanza basso, si faceva fatica a capirci. Esperienza abbastanza deludente e sgradevole

Honest review
Pros:

The staff were lovely, and the room was cleaned everyday.
Although the beds were very noisy we slept well.
Location is good for old town.
The bathroom was nice and modern

Cons:

The room fridge was warm, it made the safe and cupboard really warm.
The breakfast was very limited and on the last day the coffee machine didn't work
The rooms have very thin walls I could hear the person in the next room snoring.
Every time someone opened their bedroom door ours rattled and it felt like someone was coming in.
The shower kept running hot then cold whilst showering.
Unsure on how it's rated a 4 star it's more of a 2.

Pros:

Зручний, великий номер. Є халат та тапочки, а ще кондиціонер для волосся, що не у всіх готелях наявне. Гарне розташування - недалеко є кілька гарних ресторанів, супермаркет, зупинка автобуса та метро.

Cons:

Під час мого перебування спрацювала пожарна сигналізація. Сигнал виявився хибним, але персонал більше як півгодини не міг її вимкнути.
Сніданок був дуже скромним. При такій вартості за номер вибір мав би бути трохи різноманітнішим.
