It was a plesant experience for me and my team. The staff were warm and welcoming!
Pros:

The location is quite easy to access from the main roads. Just the roads are not very good.. not the hotel's fault.
Breakfast was perfectly good in my opinion, just my colleagues were complaining about the lack of variety. The serving staff were doing their job very well.. always on their toes to attend the guests.
The rooms are decently sized. Only the lighting could be fixed. Its very cozy for the people who like that kind of vibe.. but some people prefer brighter rooms.

Cons:

There's always room for improvement. Can't really think of anything in particular to complain about.
If there were a terrace restaurant, it would be really good, cuz they have a decent-sized terrace. And one would want to have a place to sit and relax after a tiring working day.

I like the team and their hospitality. Value for money.
Pros:

Great hospitality and top-tier service. Special thanks to Dharam for his hands-on care and flexibility with my check-out. A decent experience from start to finish—surely recommended.

Cons:

Beds are comfortable though, but it could be better. The springs actually hurts in the back.
