Ho soggiornato una notte e purtroppo ho avuto un piccolo problema. Al momento del check in in tarda serata,vengo informata che la mia camera non c’era più e dovevo spostarmi in un altro hotel a 10 min in auto. Ho dovuto purtroppo rifiutare dato che ho scelto questo hotel per l’ottima posizione per il mio viaggio di lavoro. Lavoro in questo settore e capisco molto bene certi avvenimenti però,proprio perché ci lavoro,vi consiglio di migliorare l’organizzazione e,soprattutto,di informare l’ospite di determinate scelte/problematiche PRIMA del check in.
Ho comunicato il tutto alla responsabile che è stata molto comprensiva e gentile
Spero che possa esservi di aiuto per correggere alcuni errori !

Una sola notte ma siamo stati bene.
Pros:

Ottima posizione. A due passi dalla stazione e dal mare. Hotel parzialmente ristrutturato che ha cambiato da poco gestione. Staff molto gentile. Ottima colazione con salato e dolce.

Cons:

Stanza un po’ piccola, sopratutto il bagno. Assenza del frigobar.

Pros:

Soggiorno meraviglioso! L'hotel è pulitissimo e lo staff ci ha trattato divinamente. Nota di merito per l'aperitivo offerto e per l'ottima colazione. Inoltre, sono stati super disponibili nel permetterci di fare colazione anche oltre l'orario di chiusura. Quando l'ospitalità fa davvero la differenza. Torneremo di sicuro!

Esperienza che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Struttura collocata in una posizione perfetta.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Ma soprattutto uno staff gentile e disponibile oltre ogni misura.
Ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno, soprattutto al mattino, quando ad aspettarci c'era una colazione incredibile. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Highly recommended placed to stay
Pros:

I very much liked the location - near the beach, the central station and the centre of the city. Perfect combination of you need to move around a lot. Highly recommend! Also - the people working at reception/ bar are extremely nice, friendly and helpful! I liked the room and the small balcony! Value for money. Also - there are many places to shop and eat just minutes from the accomodation.

Cons:

The Wi-fi connection was poor in the evening.
