Cons:

Super dusty on high surfaces and cleaning had to be prompted after toilet tissue and paper towels were put in the room (as the cleaning).

Close proximity to malls, public transportation, eateries, as well as helpful staff.
Pros:

The apartment is located very close to a metro /MRT station. There is an excellent supermarket located around the corner and it's open 24 hours. Also an open-air eating place selling delicious Chinese and Indian Muslim food. Very reasonable prices.

Cons:

There was construction nearby and it was 6 days a week from 8am -6pm. If your room was located on the side where the construction was taking place, then the noise level could have been high.
The 1st room we were allocated to had ant like insects all over. The staff always reacted to our complaint and sprayed some poison but these only lasted for a few hours and the insects returned. Luckily the staff found us another room at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Close to Orchard Road.
Had airconditioning.
Washing machine was a bonus.

Cons:

Steep ramp for wheelchair access. Step in hallway hard for wheelchair.
Bed too hard.
Airconditioning would not blow at warmer than frozen.
Noisy construction site over the road.
Not serviced at all during a one week stay.
No towel renewal at all.
No wash and dry facility for kitchenette.

Pros:

The room had a washing machine, which has been useful for us.
The hotel is located very conveniently near the MRT and close to the centre.

Cons:

Our room was INCREDIBLY NOISY, directly facing a huge construction site with constant drilling from 8.30am to 7pm every day, which made it impossible to be in the room during those hours.
Our towels were completely dirty with stains and marks (although the staff changed them immediately once we complained).

Great value for the buck, anytime back.
Pros:

Incredibly clean, very well positioned in the downtown center. Nice add, a washmaschine was available in the appartment. Very well suited for long term stays. We were very happy there, but we are generally flexible in our demands - so, if you are OK with a 3-star level, this will make it; if you book anything 4-star as a minimum, you have to look further.

Cons:

Well, it was not initially mentioned (before the booking made) that it was about 50m far away from a very loud construction site. In the hotel confirmation it was still mentioned; however, it was not a real problem for us, we very most of the time outside and the booking was made with a relaxed cancellation policy, so one could have cancelled and booked something else. Was also surprised that the windows were not well sealed - but the air conditioning was still highly effective in cooling.

Good location and lots of amenities and safe neighborhood
Pros:

Near to MRT, good amenities and in Town

Cons:

Washing machine was not
Clean, lots of debris and smelly. I had to give it a good clean and left the place spic & span and cleaner than when I checked in.

The property didn’t feel like 4* hotel, but it was ok and it had everything I needed

Cons:

It had 2 separate lifts that didn’t properly work most of the time when using my hotel card. Outside tables had a layer of dust and the pool wasn’t particularly clean. My room was ok - had all the essentials but it had some strange smell that eventually I got used to.

Good place to Stay
Pros:

Awesome place to stay.

All cooking utelsils was given and it is very conveniently located near Sommerset MRT

Cons:

They only clean twice per week, if they increase it, it would be nicer.

Staff should brush bathfloor instead of mopping, if not algae will form over time

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Supermarkt Restaurants MRT Busse in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut, der Preis war in Ordnung

Cons:

Die Zimmerbeleuchtung, direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, außer Sonntag von ca. Acht Uhr bis Abends.
