Comfortable room, terrible bathroom
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff, though they couldn't fulfil all my requests (and housecleaning threw away something minor that I meant to keep at one point and had not flagged as trash), they did do their best. The overall stay was good, and the location is pretty good too. The booking.com listing was upfront about the construction noise, and the noises were mostly from like 8:30 am to sometime in the evening, minus Sundays I think. They could be somewhat loud sometimes, bjut not all the time, and it did wake me up a couple of times in the morning, but I knew this coming in and I do not actually dislike construction noises, they're kind of nostalgic for me and remind me of my early Singapore life, hah. So the noise was not a negative for me and netted me a discount anyway, plus you should be out travelling most of the day anyway!

Cons:

The bathroom was a major negative for me. The shower flow was so weak that the water wouldn't even penetrate my hair if I took it off the wall, and the "three in one" body wash/shampoo/conditioner was so lousy, it was like some NS serviceman with crew cut or shaved head set this up and was like "Ok, it works for me, there's no way females or people with longer, thicker hair or other skin needs or anything need anything more, right?" So cheap.
In addition, there were constantly drain flies around the drain and on the walls in the bathroom too, I drowned easily 5-15 every single night that I was here. They're not "harmful" in the sense that you aren't going to get mosquito bites from them, but they are terribly distressing when I'm showering and I look down to see that one has landed on me, you know?
Because the shower head was so weak, this exacerbated the problem too. Firstly, it made it much harder to drown the vermin, and secondly, the idea behind these shower heads is that you put it high up and gravity would add force to it. And yes, this works, except that this also means you have to stand right up against the walls too because there's no force from the showerhead. You know, the walls with drain flies on them. The room was comfortable and overall nice, but every single evening, I dreaded coming home to shower.

Pros:

In a great area. Staff were lovely The bed was comfortable, shower was great. Big bonus having the washing machine. It was well used. Even with our what we didn't like comments it was not a bad place.

Cons:

Very dated and quite shabby. The floor was lifting and was a trip hazard. Facilities were limited, only 2 of everything I know there were only 2 of us, but at times we would have benefited from more cutlery and crockery.
There was mould in the bathroom, some on the wall which they did come and clean, and some in the corner and the bottom of the door in the shower. The patio door was dirty and there were finger marks on the wardrobe and cupboard doors. Attention to detail and deep cleaning is required throughout.

My favorite for long stay
Pros:

I've stayed there for the 3rd time.
Location is perfect. All you need is nearby. Microwave and washing machine are perfect for a long stay.
Not luxury but price is quite fair for the location. I will book again!

Cons:

No socket near the bed but there is a long extended power strip.
No bedside lamp but they provided one when requested. Only one sink but it was ok.

Pros:

Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, AC funcionando perfeitamente, troca de roupa de cama e toalha semanalmente. Funcionários sempre cordiais e prontos para atender! Além da praticidade da máquina de lavar/secar e utilidades para cozinhar.

Cons:

A obra interminável (mais de um ano) próxima ao hotel incomoda às vezes. Alguns hóspedes barulhentos também incomodaram algumas noites. Sem academia e piscina.

Great for the price, you get more than you pay for. Friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

The location was phenomenal. It was in walking distance of so many tourist attractions. Singapore is expensive, but this location gets you plenty of value for your money.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was abysmal. The signal drops constantly and is not consistent. Very bad Wi-Fi. Also our stove was hit and miss.

Lo mejor la ubicación ,y el tamaño de la habitacion estaba bien.

Cons:

No hay fregadero en la cocina, y ningun paño ni bayeta.
Pero ya te avisan antes que pueden faltar unas cosas y tener otras.

Pros:

Locatia excelenta ,aproape de cel mai renumit bulevard, Orchard. Alaturi exista un market, cu produse proaspete si bune ,ca pret.
