Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.
Pros:

Das Essen war spitzenmäßig. Es gab keine offenen Wünsche.
Die Hotelleitung hat alternativ eine bessere Lage eines Zimmers angeboten als wir gebucht hatten. Das Angebot haben wir gerne angenommen. Die Ausrichtung des Zimmers zum Tal ist phänomenal, toller Blick und ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hatte eine schlechte Tonqualität. Vom Nachbarzimmer war der Fernseher beim Einschlafen zu hören.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt!
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Vor allem das 5-Gänge Menü am Abend war außergewöhnlich und von hervorragender Qualität. An der Stelle ein großes Lob an Küche und den Service!
Die Lage des Hotels, oberhalb von Schloss und Ortszentrum von Schenna, ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Von hier aus bestehen gute Verbindungen nach Meran (Bahnhof, ZOB) und die umliegenden Orte. Mit der Gästekarte ist die Nutzung des ÖPNV inclusive. Weiterhin hat man durch die Gästekarte viele Vergünstigungen bei der Nutzung von Bergbahnen und weiteren Einrichtungen. Besonders haben wir den gigantischen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Passeier Tal von der Terrasse, dem Balkon im Zimmer und Wellnessbereich genossen. Der Blick reicht weit bis in den Talkessel von Meran, das Vinschgau sowie der Ortel-Gruppe 🤩
