The hotel staff (in this case, russian-speaking female staff members) allow themselves to address guests in an overly familiar and rude manner regardless of the situation - I find this level of communication unacceptable.
Air conditioning requires an additional fee - in the middle of summer, which was surprising.
We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is the first one we have visited that we would never choose to return to.
The Wi-Fi in the room works very poorly, the connection is unstable, and I had to purchase roaming data just to stay connected.
There is virtually no sound insulation in the rooms - it was easy to hear our neighbors’ conversations, and they could most likely hear us as well. This made it difficult to relax and feel comfortable. Noise from housekeeping in other rooms was also clearly audible, including loud sounds and repeated disturbances during the day.
Another thing that stood out was the organization at the reception area - housekeeping staff and administration often seemed to gather there together, yet when assistance was actually needed, it was difficult to find anyone available. In addition, the appearance and presentation of staff at the front desk did not feel professional or aligned with the level of service and etiquette usually expected in a hotel reception area.
We came here to relax and enjoy our vacation, and we should be able to spend as much time in our room as we choose without constant noise and discomfort. Unfortunately, that was not possible at this hotel.
Overall, our impression of the stay was negative - the service did not meet expectations. We came here to relax and fully enjoy our vacation, but unfortunately that did not happen at this hotel.
For the same price, there are many better hotels in the area that are actually worth visiting and provide a much better overall experience.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my friend. The night shift receptionist was a heavy-set, rude, and disrespectful man who didn't speak any foreign languages and wasn't helpful at all. We deeply regretted staying here because of him. He entered our room without our permission and lied to us, claiming we had to leave our key at the desk whenever we went out. However, they had actually entered our room without a key just to change the trash.
On the other hand, the daytime receptionist was very gentlemanly, kind, and helpful. They charged us an extra 5 Euros per day just to use the air conditioner, which is absolutely ridiculous—this hotel literally nickels and dimes you for everything. Furthermore, the place is filthy and looks nothing like the pictures. It’s absolutely unlivable; it doesn't deserve a single star, let alone three. Even an animal wouldn't stay here.

Pros:

The owners were super friendly. The hotel is absolutely your moneys worth. If you want a budget friendly hotel option which has great location close to beach this hotel is your go to. The cleaning service was good. Our Economy room was small but had everything that we needed, even a balcony. The 7/24 coffee service was nice to have and also delicious.The seating area outside was quite enjoyable at night.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per vedere la città, qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio ma è presente un parcheggio a 20 minuto di passeggiata, perciò il problema si risolve con una bella camminata.
Il proprietario e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per ogni richiesta; riscontrato infatti un problema di pulizia con la prima camera, si sono subito premurati di effettuare un cambio stanza e di offrirci il servizio di aria condizionata per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Cons:

Il bagno della seconda stanza che ci e stata assegnat non aveva una vera e propria doccia, non c’era alcun divisore tra doccino e il resto, perciò ogni doccia bagnava tutto il bagno; ovviamente è una dinamica assolutamente gestibile ma non particolarmente comoda.
È giusto sottolineare che siamo stati noi ad accettare quella stanza in cambio della precedente, dove invece il box doccia era ben separato dal resto del bagno.

Pros:

Nulla , mi sembra assurdo che Booking proponga certe strutture, poi in Romagna si lamentano che non vengono più turisti, per forza con certi hotel pubblicizzati da siti per prenotazioni capisco che non viene più nessuno, per un turista non è sempre una questione di prezzo se poi si trova in un tugurio
