Good location for Ryten hike. Basic rooms. Shared facilities. My main issue is the price, Lower quality than other places we stayed for the same peice

I had a very nice stay there. Watch out for the ice on the deck as it is incredibly slippery. I took a tumble there but was ok fortunately

There is in house cafe. Great view from cabin. Comfy bed, pillow and blanket.

Room was congested a bit but clean and tidy and kitchen involved. Washrooms were shared and there were many ppl staying during our stay hence were not that clean.
Drinking water was provided at reception
And Checkin was quite at ease

Not what we were expecting for a Rorbuer because it was not one. Definitely a hostile. The other guests were very courteous about the 10 pm - 7 am quiet time but sharing 3 toilets and 2 showers with 15 other people was not what we envisioned when we read “ shared bathroom”. We paid for two nights but only stayed one and booked an actual Rorbuer farther south. The cost for this place (approx $135/night) was almost as much per night ($136/night) as the Thon hotel we stayed at in Svolvaer, and it was MUCH better. I understand they are two different things but then the price should reflect that.

Bottom line do your research, we thought we had done a good job but this item slipped through the cracks because it was at the end of a 6 hour planning day.

Very nice location close to the sea. But the apartment was in bad shape. Lots of broken stuff. The coffee machine was broken. The door handle to the toilet was broken. Bad ventilation inside which made the windows and door soaking wet in the morning. It was cold but not surprising since there was only one small radiator. Bad sound insulation, it sounded like the people on the floor above was moving furniture all night long. The equipment in the kitchen did not meet normal standards. For example there was only one pot and one wine glass. In a three bed room that is. By the way, the pot lid was for a smaller pot that did not exist. Poor cleaning with hair in the beds and dust behind the drawer. The sink in bathroom was clogged and it smelled a bit like moisture damage in there. It was difficult to contact the empoyees. No answer by phone on the day of check out. Overpriced. Half the rate would be more appropriate for this place.

We had a very nice stay at Lydersen Rorbuer. We could book for breakfast and the view on water is wonderful.

Einfache, aber freundliche Unterkunft Nähe KVALVIKA Beach. Super schöne Wanderwege und zum nächsten Supermarkt gerade mal 15 Minuten. Personal freundlich und nett, hilft auch bei Planungen des Tages mit Tipps aus der Umgebung. Man muss halt das Gemeinschaftsbad und WC akzeptieren, Zimmer selbst hatte eine Miniküche, zwei Betten, einen Kühlschrank und einen Tisch. Leider keinen Schrank, das wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag.
